What do you like best about the product?
Multiple remote desktop tools can be used and the ability to use CMD and PowerShell without logging into the desktop make the job quicker

Sometimes Ninja remote desktop didn't launch

What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been using NinjaOne for some time now, and it has truly transformed the way we manage our IT operations. The platform is very user-friendly, and having all our tools consolidated in one place makes it much easier to monitor our devices without constantly switching between different systems. The automation features have saved us a significant amount of time on routine tasks, allowing us to concentrate on the work that actually drives our projects forward. Additionally, their support team has been excellent always quick to respond and genuinely helpful. I would gladly recommend NinjaOne to any IT team looking to streamline their processes and improve efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I were to suggest an area for enhancement, it would be the reporting features. While the built-in reports are solid, having greater flexibility to adjust them to our own metrics or particular requirements would be very helpful. A bit more control in this aspect could make an already outstanding tool even more effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne has eliminated many of our daily IT frustrations. Having everything consolidated monitoring, patching, and remote support n a single platform has made our work much simpler. Previously, we had to switch between multiple tools to manage devices, but now everything is accessible from one dashboard. This has saved us a significant amount of time and made our processes much more organized.

The automation features have been especially beneficial. Routine tasks like patching, software installations, and maintenance checks now run automatically in the background, allowing us to concentrate on more important projects. This shift has reduced human errors and increased our overall productivity.

Our security has also seen noticeable improvements. With automated patching and updates, we feel much more assured that our devices remain protected and compliant without the need for constant manual oversight. This proactive approach is crucial in today’s environment.

Remote access has truly transformed our support capabilities. We can resolve issues quickly, regardless of where users are located, which has led to faster response times and greater satisfaction among those we support.

Overall, NinjaOne has made our IT management faster, more secure, and much smoother. It’s one of those solutions that immediately proves its value once you start using it.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to understand and implement, you can get it going without reading through lots and lots of documentation first. Software just delivers, you can simply start with a couple of devices and then build up your complete RMM suite. Support is responding fast and does have the answers you are looking for.
Once you have everything running you can simply check on a daily base how things are going, if needed an alert will be generated.
What do you dislike about the product?
GUI not always consistent, but they are working on it and getting better each release.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Devices are now all up to date and report issues if needed. I finally have a overview on how my devices are performing.

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne RMM is an excellent remote monitoring and management software that stands out for its user-friendly interface. The platform is easy to navigate that makes it simple to manage multiple devices and endpoints on different sites without being overwhelmed by cluttered options or unnecessary steps.

One of the most convenient aspects is the availability of the mobile app.

In terms of performance, NinjaOne offers a reliable and efficient solution that doesn’t require excessive configuration to get started. Overall, it’s a solid RMM tool that streamlines IT management and makes it accessible from virtually anywhere. Highly recommended for anyone looking for simplicity and functionality in an RMM solution!
What do you dislike about the product?
One area where NinjaOne could improve is in its handling of CVE (Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures) scanning. Currently, the software doesn’t catch all CVEs consistently, which means potential vulnerabilities might slip through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Efficiency and Time Savings: With NinjaOne, I can automate tasks like patching and updating, ensuring that all workstations are secure and running the latest software versions
2.Improved Security and Reliability: Regular updates are critical for security, but managing them manually across multiple devices can lead to missed patches and vulnerabilities

What do you like best about the product?
Comes with a large script library which can be easily extended with your own scripts. Continuesly working on integratin more and more software so that for e.g. Antivirus software ist natively integrated in the eco-system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the menus are not fully developed or not yet adapted to the standard
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja solves the problem of being able to switch to a client via remote maintenance after receiving a warning from an automation and possibly being able to recognise the cause via the client overview.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very intuitive - I, as the IT team, love to quickly address issues, automate tasks, and manage devices from a single dashboard. The user interface is very friendly and makes it easier to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find some limitations with reporting and customization options. The alerting system needs some workarounds for fine-tuning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy Remote Monitoring and Support for me and our customers. External Access by Service Providers simplified. Minimizing human errors.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of setup, support for many platforms (Mac, Liniux and Windows), fast script engine.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ticketsystem is a bit underperforming and can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With monitoring and automated scripts, we can resolve issues before they impact users, reducing downtime and improving productivity.

NinjaOne has been very helpful to our company when we started to implement the software to our customers. Great and fast response and also good in their pricing.
