    Mental Health Care

Slick service with excellent support

  • February 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Enrolment is easy and the device info screens are well designed. User permission management is straightforward and powerful. The support team is friendly and responds quickly, bug reports are handled efficiently, and feature requests are encouraged, being transparently handled through a roadmap made available to all customers.
While we don't use them yet, it appears that the other components such as antimalware, ticket system, etc, are thoughtful and well-integrated.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of the swiss-army knife design is that some features you might hope would be baked in instead require setting up scripts or automations manually. It's a very understandable design choice and can be a strength, but if you're understaffed in IT, it may represent a bit more of a burden to getting up and running.

Additionally, if you're in a mixed environment, there are limited non-Windows scripting options (Bash and Javascript). The addition of Python would make it a bit friendlier to some clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a mostly remote workforce and our fee-for-service business model makes any downtime costly. The alerts and easy remote access features make support easy.

NinjaOne has extensive resources and help to ensure you get setup. The policies and automations are easy to setup, especially with the template library.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mass maintaining and updating scripts is a very manual process. You cannot open a new tab to edit the script without losing your list view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Game Changer

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using NinjaOne for almost 5 years and it has changed the way we support our clients for the better. NinjaOne has a wide array of offerings within their product making it easy to cover all my clients needs. Their product is packed full of features including update management, ticketing, backup, remote support and much more. Using the console, I can view and manage hundreds of devices giving me an overall view of my clients IT infrastructure from printers and switches to servers, computers and tablets. The process of adding additional devices is simple with the installation of an app that is configured for each client. Another aspect of NinjaOne I like is the mobile app. If I am out of the office and can't get to a computer, the mobile app makes it possible to check devices and even offer support for users. If any issues arise, there is a Dojo help center portal to search to find resolutions and direction but if that doesn't offer the needed fix, their support staff is very knowledgeable and willing to follow through to make sure everything is resolved.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any specific dislikes about NinjaOne. If anything comes up, their sales and support staff quickly address and resolve if possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem NinjaOne solves for me is the ability to manage and control multiple types of devices across different clients with a single console. It give the ability to have some policies in place that cover all clients and then custom tailor as needed for each client or device type.

NinjaOne - the RMM tool for everyone, simple and professional

  • February 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is a particularly user-friendly (easy to handle) and efficient RMM tool that stands out with an intuitive user interface and can be quickly learned. It allows centralized management of all devices, servers, and workstations, supports multiple operating systems like Windows, macOS, and Linux, and is thus suitable for various IT environments. The tool offers powerful task automation, especially in patch management, and allows the creation of scripts to automate recurring tasks.

With NinjaOne, administrators can monitor system performance in real-time and receive immediate alerts if necessary. Security and compliance features such as encrypted connections and detailed compliance reports provide additional protection. Furthermore, the tool offers high scalability, making it suitable for both small businesses and large IT teams or managed service providers. The flexible pricing model and the ability to pay only for needed features make NinjaOne particularly cost-efficient.

Compared to other RMM tools, NinjaOne scores with faster performance, easier handling, and greater adaptability to the individual needs of users. It can also be easily integrated into existing IT infrastructures and offers excellent customer support. Overall, NinjaOne offers an excellent price-performance ratio and is a recommended solution for IT teams looking for a powerful and flexible remote management software.

NinjaOne is among the first 5 products I start in the morning. We use the tool daily, and therefore it must work - no ifs or buts.

In particular, the implementation of the user interface is extremely simple, resolved, and requires little to no training from my perspective. It is self-explanatory, and anyone can start right away. The use for agent rollout is also well and easily implemented.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analysis, reporting, and long-term retention (e.g., from monitoring) should be possible retroactively for 365 days. Competitors are somewhat better in this regard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In summary, it can be said that NinjaOne addresses many of the everyday challenges faced by IT service providers and MSPs by offering a user-friendly, scalable, and automated solution for device and network management. The features for security, remote maintenance, automation, and reporting help to increase efficiency, reduce error rates, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Neel-Schaffer and NinjaOne Partnership

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has helped to streamline the support and tracking processes of the company and allowed our team to grow and manage our growing user base.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can honestly say that there is not much I dislike about the NinjaOne platform. Every aspect that we have implemented has performed above and beyond our expectations. There's a lot to the system that we haven't even scratched the surface on yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that NinjaOne solves for us is end user support. After 2020 our workforce became so disjointed that it was difficult to manage, track and support our users. With many users working remotely it was very difficult to support them without having the right tools in place to do so. NinjaOne gave us this ability by consolidating every computer into one location and with the integration of TeamViewer (we don't use this anymore) and Ninja Remote (our preferred method of remote support) we were able to support the users no matter where they were as long as they had an internet connection. This had been a huge hurdle for us for a long time. With this we have seen user support satisfaction increase tremendously and support calls get resolved in a matter of minutes/hours vs a matter of days. The expanding feature set of the software is allowing us to perform support tasks we had only hoped for 2 years ago.
