NinjaOne replace our old RMM and we're so happy

  • May 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's a very complete RMM and we've had no problems monitoring and managing 200+ workstations and 40 servers with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting could really be beefed up. A simple request like "what software is running on each machine" isn't a canned report. It can be done via API possibly, but I haven't time to look into it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing workstation support for a nation-wide client base from our office.

Awesome Platform

  • May 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is intuitive and it is easy to manage multiple products from a single location. The platform is also very fast and scripts/automations fire off quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting aspect leaves a bit to be desired. The built-in reports are ok but it would be great to see a bit more put into it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja actually helped us cut cost when we switched from our previous RMM provider. The addition of the mobile app has also allowed us to be in the know at all times which has been great.

Easy to manage, integrated backup services a plus

  • May 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
For me, I liked the integrated backup services which gives you an easy way to implement a cloud based backup on top of your current NinjaOne setup. Interface is easy to work with and support/documentation has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not as robust in some areas on the backup side BUT I didn't need all of the additional options that other backup providers try to sell you on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me specifically, it allowed me to migrate off of an older on-premise tape backup solution and onto a cloud based backup solution that was integrated with my endpoint management.

Great onboarding experience and far far easier product to use from my previous RMM.

What do you like best about the product?
The RMM part of Ninjaone is fantastic. Much quicker for me to remote connect to systems, more stable, I have great visibility into all remote systems.
Just generally far cleaner setup than what I had before with Endpoint Central.

Very easy to onboard.
Outstanding customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Ticket system is decent but I think it needs some additional features still to be a more powerful tool for me. I like it and love the connection to users/systems/tickets but again, it could use more. I'd be happy to review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a smaller shop, having less tools, less complexity is essential. Ninjaone allowed me to compress a few tools into one: RMM, Ticketing, monitors, etc.
That is a huge boost!

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike, maybe if they can have french support will e nice ?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dont have to be on site to see the health of the network

It is overall very good, I have seen it getting improved

  • May 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I have mostly used it for remote connectivity, I prefer that
It made onboarding and troubleshooting process very easy
What do you dislike about the product?
I had many difficulties to make it work with macbook
There should be something done regarding that.

Never worked with macbook, tried googling it and pretty much did all the recommendations suggested by google but nothing really helped
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote connection is the problem which ninja solves for us.
Made our onboarding and offboarding process smoother

NinjaOne - The RMM that we were looking for

  • May 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Allows me to easily control all of the devices in my environment, also giving me extreme visibility into what is happening.
What do you dislike about the product?
No native flow for automated device onboarding, such as updates, applications, etc. Have to craft it out of different pieces of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We struggled with being able to keep up with patching (both 3PP and OS) while sustaining a healthy and non-interruptive workday for our co-workers. Ninja allows us to make calculated changes, execute specific actions at specific times, easily and in mass. When something goes wrong, it tells you exactly what happened, and support will oftentimes even help you resolve it.

NinjaOne is the best RMM I have ever used

  • May 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has made managing customer servers and workstations a breeze. From software deployment, remote support and patch management it is the only tool we have needed to support our customers. The AI patch analysis is extremely useful to let us know when patches may have issues, and how to resolve them. Deploying NinjaOne could not be easier, our company was up and running on the same day as our trial started. Having tried several RMM solutions from the larger companies out there I can say that I will never go back. We have not had to contact support very often, but the one or two times we did responses and resolutions were given very quickly. I would encourage any MSP to give NinjaOne a shot, it has made our lives so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't really any downsides to NinjaOne that I am aware of, but some better support for linux remote desktop support would be nice, but not a major downside at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne allows us to support remote users, patch servers, and deploy and monitor antivirus software quickly and easily.
