Rapid remote access means that the techs can resolve issues fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting a column view of devices across clients would be great.

Ninja is Invaluable
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to instantly see errors, alerts and problems before they become real issues. I also like being able to remotely run commands and scripts to mitigate issues, without users knowing we did anything.
Ninja is easy to implement with Active Directory or Intune.
We use NinjaOne everyday and it makes out lives so much easier.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Ninja had more vulnerability features. For example, I would like to run an export of vulnerabilities for a machine and then look to remediate those issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It alerts us to issues before large problems occur.
It is benefitting us by speeding up tasks that would have otherwise take days for an end user to respond.

Great Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Patching Capabilities, Script and App Deployment.
What do you dislike about the product?
As part of the automatic reboots for updates, it would be great if the message included the time when the device will actually reboot after a number of attempts.
E.g if the device gets patches at 10am 20/05/2025 and there is 7 daily attempts, it would be great if the message said that the device will reboot at 10am 27/05/2025

NinjaOne is based on Modern and easy-to-use technology. We successfully leveraged NinjaOne RMM to streamline endpoint management, enhance automation, and deliver proactive IT support with high efficiency and integration with other solutions. The Account Manager & support team are collaborative.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, we are satisfied with NinjaOne
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps solve key challenges in endpoint visibility, patch management, and remote support. By centralizing monitoring and automating routine tasks, it reduces downtime, improves security compliance, and allows my team to proactively manage devices across locations — all from a single pane of glass. This has significantly boosted operational efficiency and response times
Every aspect of our journey with NinjaOne has been amazing.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspects of Ninja are the hands-on approachable account managers and product specialists.
If we have a query or a unique customer situation that we would like to use NinjaOne to resolve, I know I can reach out to Izgi Yesildal for a quick and concise solution.
We try and integrate Ninja into as many aspects of our business processes as we can and it has become a core part of the services that we provide to our customers. We use multiple features of Ninja every day without fail.
The integrations that Ninja provides are exactly what you would want and provide improved functionality without unnecessary clutter.
I am yet to find an RMM platform that is easier to use and understand, easier to implement into an organisation, and provides better visibility of endpoints, SaaS backups, and networks.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if Ninja looked to their smaller partners to help with beta/testing features.
We utilise or have knowledge/understanding of every feature that NinjaOne has to offer, to the point where I would consider myself a NinjaOne expert.
Therefore, it would be nice to see Ninja acknowledging this and taking advantage of the knowledge/thoughts/insights that some of their smaller partners (with high exposure to features) have and can bring to the table.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne solves a couple of problems for us.
1. Far greater number of endpoints to technicians. - NinjaOne solves this problem by providing our team with top tier remote monitoring, management and support tools to provide our customers with responsive and efficient support.
2. Too many portals/platforms. - NinjaOne provides us with a single-pane of glass for all of our endpoint management needs. We are able to ensure updates & patching is completed and resolve any issues remotely, we are also able to control out backups with the same platform also with generate tickets for alerts within our PSA platform. Great product, greater community
What do you like best about the product?
I like the community formed around NinjaOne. The features of the product are amazing but the community that has come together to help outline best practice and fixes or guides for all of the unique scenarios that IT leaders face is incredible. I've been able to easily deploy scripts that others have contributed on or I've been able to take and customize ones that are similar to what I need in my environment. All of that is from the ninja dojo.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've struggled with getting the streamer app installed and configured on some of our MacBooks. I am working with support on this though so it might be resolved soon. I'm not sure if this is a problem within our environment but it seems unique to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After transitioning away from an MSP, we were left without a way to support our endpoints. This meant no patching, no monitoring and little to no remote support. NinjaOne steps in to tackle all of those issues plus provide automation capabilities and it has been able to streamline some of the processes that we've had struggles with in the past.
NinjaOne Implementation
What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative thing has been the fact you cannot have more than 3 technicians logged into a device at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to integrate all of our software packages and verify they are getting auto installed as needed.
