Great Automation for New and Existing Machines
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to automate tasks to new and existing laptops.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain issues will happen multiple times. It has occurred multiple times where the machine is fully up to date, but the update message ill not clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the easiest ways to allow automated tasks, which allows us to get what our customers need in the fastest way possible.
Making the jump to Ninja from that OTHER rmm
What do you like best about the product?
Still new to the platform but the remote support tools are incredible and intuitive, patching is straightforward and the integration support with our PSA works great. Users report a performance increase over DattoRMM.
What do you dislike about the product?
At our size, the initial pool of 100 licenses for Rampup pricing isn't quite enough, but the team has been incredible in adapting to our needs so no complaints from us!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the performance issues and feature gaps of our current pool of RMM tools, most importantly it will allow us to support MacOS and Windows devices under one tool.
Simple, Elegant UI and Remote Tools That Work Great
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is simple and elegant. The remote tools work very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The patching settings are pretty lack luster. The server patch reboot settings for currently logged in users are unusable. We were able to build our own workarounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Replaced N-Central which had unreliable remote tools that performed poorly when they did work.
Night-and-Day RMM Upgrade: Responsive, Intuitive, and Easy to Integrate
What do you like best about the product?
Using NinjaOne was a night and day upgrade from our old RMM solution. The interface is very responsive and the features are intuitive to use. It feels like we get more done instead of having to learn the tool. Integrations are easy to configure and tie into a lot of the other tools we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Anytime a system is designed to make it really easy to do something, its smoetimes hard to do a lot of that thing. So bulk updates or wide changes are sometimes more "clicky" than I'd like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We came from a legacy RMM platform and moving to NinjaOne has let our team do more becasue working with it isnt such a slog through legacy and outdated systems. Doing thinks like creating custom policies or automations is so much easier in NinjaOne, which means we're more likely to leverage those features.
Responsive, Collaborative Support from Simon Olanipekun
What do you like best about the product?
I have direct communication with my account representative, Simon Olanipekun. He is responsive, collaborative and always has a positive attitude.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, the experience has been good to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need an RMM tool for our NIST 800-171 (CMMC Level 2) Managed IT Services operating environment and NinjaOne satisfies our requirements.
Powerful Automation and Scripting That Streamlines Our IT Work
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to automate and create scripts to assist with our IT work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some UI/UX elementals are unnecessary or over built. Some filters could be adjusted to be simpler for a quick view vs. showing all details (i.e. IP of a machine. It will show every single IP of all adapters, even ones not in us, vs just provide a quick IP of a machine.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deployment and cleanup of software and systems.
Ninja Stands Out with Regular Updates and Real Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja is one of the few brands that still invests in its products after you've bought them. Regular updates and real improvements set them apart from competitors who seem content to rest on their name.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features feel pretty basic and not fully developed, but the main essentials are definitely still there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja just works. It is so nice to have a product that doesn't spontaniously go offline for no reason.
Easy to Roll Out, User-Friendly Interface, and Fast Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface, ease of use, how easy it is to roll out and the support has been very fast!
What do you dislike about the product?
The Patching for windows seems to be a bit intermittent. Would also like an easier ay to assign devices to users. We had a good introductory offer when we signed up but now the pricing has increased in 2nd year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The remote management aspect is great and works seamlessly.
We also moved the patching from intune to Ninja.
We also moved the patching from intune to Ninja.
Intuitive and In-Depth, but Page Refresh Can Disrupt Your Place
What do you like best about the product?
It's very intuitive, and quite in depth. I have found it very easy to get to grips with.
What do you dislike about the product?
My one gripe is how the pages are loaded, when refreshing it'll take me out of the client page I'm in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us carry out remote support efficiently.
Easy-to-Use UI, Strong Integrations—Views Need Some Refinement
What do you like best about the product?
UI is good and easy to use. The key feature being the ability to integrate with other essential apps. No issues with performance. I'm not fully aware of the pricing but it's a bit higher than our previous RMM BUT it has value for that uptick. Fairly easy to onboard and support is good. Still looking into the AI aspects of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The views could use some help but I guess it could also just be a case of getting accustomed to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration, automation and AI!
