Easy to Learn, Streamlined Windows Setup and Patch Management
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn, Great patch management for windows devices, Sso with entra is incredibly helpful for us, I have been able to stream line the setups of our computers from taking 1 hour to just 15 minutes of automated scripts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont think the support for MAC is really there yet. We have alot of issues with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because of NinjaOne we have been able to consolidate our remote management tools and Remote access tools for non managed devices. Along side this Ninjaone is an incredibly intuitive tool so teaching new techs how to use it is easy.
NinjaOne Streamlines Remote Endpoint Management and Support
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has been a great tool for managing a massive number of remote endpoints. Its capabilities for remote access, creating policies to manage scripts, and installing or uninstalling software—now including vulnerability management—have significantly improved our support and overall operability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes browsing across the site isn’t very user-friendly, and trying to go back and forth between pages isn’t that easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to manage vulnerabilities, apply security patches, handle operating system and software updates, provide remote support, and keep track of inventory.
Simple to Navigate, Still Early in Our Experience
What do you like best about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making it easier to assign Ipads to employees
Fast, Web-Based RMM with Great Integrations and Responsive Support
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has a good user interface that is fully web based. We moved from ConnectWise Automate which has missing features in the web interface. Additionally, we like that Ninja focuses on PowerShell and other standard scripting languages. They integrate with tools like SentinelOne and CW PSA which is good for our techs. The performance is quick compared to what we had with CW Automate, specifically the fat client for CW Automate was very slow and Ninja is quick. Pricing is not bad either for the features that you get. We use Ninja Remote and had some issues but their support team has made most of those resolved in a quick period. Their support team is very quick to respond to our problems, and they don't frequently have major outages which is important in an RMM tool
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that they don't have any AI Scripting features built in. I would like it more if you could just type out what you want the script to do and it builds it for you. We had that with CW Automate, however Ninja doesn't offer that. Being able to for it to automatically create custom fields would be nice as well. Currently, there's a lot of menus to dig through at times which can be it difficult to find the setting that you want to change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne allows for us to remotely control and manage endpoints. It's very needed when you are managing hundreds of remote offices and thousands of devices. The policy driven auomation allows for us to setup a policy and for devices to run that policy automatically on a period.
Easy to Use and Manage
What do you like best about the product?
We love how easy the tool is to use and manage
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting can use some serious work as it is a bit limited still
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch, RMM & Endpoint management
Easy Client Integration and Effortless Remote Management

Easy All-in-One Patching, Deployment, and Help Desk with Fast Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to run patching, software deployment, and help desk functions all in one location. The software is easy to use and set up, and it helps me automate many processes so I can free up more time. The price is ok for a rural hospital. Now we cannot use all of the functionality that is available, but we do have integrates with Azure. When you do have issues or questions you can get support fast and get everything working again.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that I dislike about Ninja One would have to be the pricing for all options with a smaller team. The reporting could be upgraded to allow for easier to read or create reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne solved the problem of too many separate tools and too many manual IT tasks. Between patching software, Vulnerability's, remote access and ticketing you can now see everything from one site.
NinjaOne FedRamp - the best tool for Government Contractors
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is intuitive, and the services provided by the tool are straightforward and easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search capability isn’t as strong as it is in some other products. For example, with other tools you can go to the company container and type in a machine name, a user name, or almost anything else and get useful results. In NinjaOne, it’s very difficult to locate a system because the search only lets you look up devices by hostname.

Compliance and patching
Easy-to-Use UI with a Powerful Dashboard and Activity Logging
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is easy to use, the dashboard is useful for getting a sense of the different vulnerabilities impacting your organization. The activity logging is helpful to monitor patching activities on each machine, previous patching solutions didn't log patching activities as well as NinjaOne does so you would be completely in the dark on what your machines are doing.
Installation of the agents are quick and easy and don't seem to take up too much machine resources such as CPU or memory.

What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't like not having the ability to effectively search specific patches and what machines either have them installed or have them pending. Also SQL Server patches are considered O/S updates in the NinjaOne system I would prefer to have them as software patches so that we have more control on how they're approved.
I also wish there was better scheduling or patching around patch Tuesday. Currently I have to schedule patches for frequency 10 days, 2nd Tuesday. It works correctly but it's just messy. Instead it should be PAtch Tuesday, days after.
I also want 3rd party software that's installed to automatically be listed in the software tab instead of adding each software manually.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm impressed with the Product Roadmap page and having visibility of all the different solutions NinjaOne is adding or currently working on. They've done a great job of improving their product in the short time we've been customers.
Remote Control Feature saves steps
What do you like best about the product?
the remote control feature is most useful, especially when the end user can't communicate which password they forgot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still haven't sorted out the patch management
