One RMM to rule them all.

What do you like best about the product?
Beyond a product that, out of the box, does everything it's supposed to while meeting the majority of compliance standards and expectations, I've been most impressed by the fact that their development lifecycle incorporates feedback and iterates rapidly on meaningful improvements. The speed at which they iterate puts their competitors to shame -- and I've been in the business for long enough to have hands-on experience with most of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some components are acquisition-based or homebrew, and not everything has the level of polish and maturity as the core product (e.g., ticketing) or market-level pricing (e.g., cloud backup). That said, they're always improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja took what previously required multiple disparate systems and policy discipline, and condensed everything into a single, cohesive platform that performs exceptionally at scale -- whether it's a mom-and-pop with a handful of users or a co-managed enterprise, we're able to quickly, efficiently, and via automation and reporting, drive business outcomes for minimal effort, which gives us control of our bandwidth towards other projects and improvements with less firefighting.

Overall - great MSP tool and RMM

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, I appreciate the easy of use and straightforwardness of Ninja compared to their competitors. It's a tool which is designed for quick review and automation in mind.

I love how I can easily remotely access servers via powershell or the remote access tool. Another great thing is to have the backups built into the tool which is a single point of contact for my clients.

The ease of deployment is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the reporting could be a bit better and more intuitive. The processes and automations work really well, but take some getting used to finding where they are and running them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Really streamlining for my MSP clients a single point of easy administration for all servers and endpoints in the system.

Solid patch management solution

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using NinjaOne for a while now, and honestly, it’s one of those tools that quietly makes your day better.

Patch management is where it really shines. Once it’s set, it just works. Updates roll out on schedule, machines
stay compliant, and I don’t have to babysit the process or field angry ‘why did my computer restart?’ tickets.
It’s refreshingly uneventful in the best possible way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is solid for day‑to‑day needs, but if you’re building something highly customized or executive‑ready, you’ll probably end up exporting and polishing it elsewhere. Not a dealbreaker just part of the workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensure that servers and workstations are patched and prevents vulnerabilities,

The best tool in my kit for 90% of my workload

  • May 27, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is an easy to use, easy to use tool with near infinite flexibility. Natively supporting PowerShell and allowing for easy to create repos for software distribution has been a boon to my workload. It was great when we signed on two years ago, and since then it has only gotten better with constant improvements and new integrations. It is literally my favorite tool to use at work. I use it daily. Deploying the agent was super straightforward, and moving over from our old platform was a pretty light lift.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I could have anything more from Ninja, it would be a more fleshed out credential store that could be used in scripting. That and it's difficult sometimes to cleanly deploy scripts / software on login. It's a little convoluted to track which machines are compliant and I would love to see more flexibility in that kind of reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Literally everything, hotfixes, driver deployment, OS upgrades, helpdesk triage, post imaging processing.. If it can be automated, we do it with Ninja.

NinjaOne Review

  • May 27, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I'm in NinjaOne every day, it's one of the first applications I log into on coming into the office. With it I'm able to monitor device uptime, disk usage, disk S.M.A.R.T status, and almost any other computer metric.

Customer support is fast and polite, if Ninja doesn't offer exactly what you're looking for they will offer viable alternatives for what you are needing or submit a feature request for later releases.

One of the easiest applications to install, even with multiple organizations and existing infrastructure. Integrating an existing device is as easy as installing a single MSI and can be deployed en masse using group policy.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are an organization that reimages/reuses machines, device cleanup can be a little tedious. Ninja will see the device and update the name but will not update the Organization in Ninja from the latest install.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patching - NinjaOne schedules and installs patches from Microsoft and common applications. Patches can be sent to test groups by policy built in Ninja before full rollout, and with testing you can also reject specific patches organization wide.
Installation and updating of applications of remote devices - Installation files can be uploaded to Ninja and then pushed to remote devices, allowing the installation/update of applications even on remote devices.
Remote access to devices - Allows access to remote devices that are not available through internal remote access solutions, all that's needed is an internet connection for the device in question.

NinjaOne provides an easy to setup and use experience for the management of any enterprise endpoint.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I can easily manage user endpoints and enterprise systems / servers in the same web based portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have occasionally run into issues with determining where specific functions have been set, or determining why applications are auto-installing. Additionally, out of the box administrator roles would be nice to aid in setting up proper role based control between super admins, owners, and helpdesk type folks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to NinjaOne we where in the dark ages of IT Management, still performing basic tasks, like patching cycles, manually or through an expensive Managed Service Provider. Since transitioning to NinjaOne we've been able to bring all that work back inhouse in a much more efficient way. It has removed many of my concerns that my team is able to perform IT Management on their own, correctly.

Reliable and Always Improving!

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many things I appreciate about using NinjaOne.
1. Customer Support, I know this isn't usually the thing people think of first when reviewing a system but it's critical to a successful service. There will come a time when any system you use, no matter how well built, breaks down and you are forced reach out to support. The Ninja's in the Dojo are fast, effective, and friendly, even if you just have a question and don't really need support.
2. Ease of Use, NinjaOne is amazingly user friendly, in fact it's so user friendly that I have recommended it to users just starting out as IT admins. The interface is intuitive and constantly getting better in the most quality of life ways.
3. New Features, NinjaOne is constantly on the lookout for new features and deploying them at an impressive pace. One thing I really appreciate about the features Ninja does release, is that they don't put things out that don't work just to say they have the feature. The systems I have alpha tested with Ninja are reliable to a point where I almost wouldn't consider them in alpha.
What do you dislike about the product?
On rare occasions, NinjaOne's ease of use and streamlined UI don't get me enough information as a technical user to reliably troubleshoot issues that do occur. Fortunately, when this does happen, NinjaOne's support team is there to offer assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an MSP, we need an effective easy to use tool for managing our clients. After testing out a few different solutions, NinjaOne's dedication to customer service and efficient product is our #1 pick for our environment.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy to use end-point management tool. Easy to approve/deploy updates. Works with all platforms for quick integration .Reboot an endpoint request send to client machine without disruption of service. The different remote access tools are a highlight. The data backup, once setup is a breeze to use. Fantastic customer service and support. Easy deployment / implementation to endpoints and login fifty times a day in a quick secure fashion.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to not like about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are saving our agencies tremendously by offering services that would otherwise require on-site support personnel. By far one of the best RMM tools out there that is extremely easy to use. Warranty tracker is an excellent feature we have been utilizing more.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of managing multiple end points.
What do you dislike about the product?
Windows patching is not always precise. it miss's a lot of the updates and I have to manually run them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved the issue of having to manually rdp and update every one of our 120 endpoints.
