PowerShell Integration Makes NinjaOne Incredibly Flexible
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about NinjaOne is how well it integrates with PowerShell. Anything it doesn’t do natively can be added by importing a script, whether that’s a custom script or one that was uploaded by the community.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when a third-party patch will fail, and Ninja is not the best at providing a clear reason for the error. That said, they’re consistently improving the third-party patching, and it’s already better than it was even a few months ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has greatly improved our visibility into vulnerabilities and strengthened our ability to patch machines, with clear insight into the patches themselves. On top of that, they have now incorporated AI into patching, which can even prevent a troublesome patch from being deployed to machines, giving you time to determine whether that patch will be an issue in your environment.
Remote Access and Ticketing That Simplify Device Administration

The remote access to end-user machines, along with the ticketing app, has been a great help in administering our devices and managing support tickets.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have nothing bad to say about NinjaOne.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem this system solves is making it possible to remote to devices while the user is logged in. Our staff is located globally so being able to help them in real-time is very helpful.

NinjaOne’s RMM Delivers Fast Visibility and Efficient Laptop Management
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about NinjaOne is the strength of its RMM platform and how quickly it gives our team clear visibility into our environment. It has significantly improved the speed and efficiency of managing our fleet of laptops by allowing us to monitor device health, deploy updates, troubleshoot issues remotely, and stay proactive instead of reactive. The interface is clean, responsive, and easy to navigate, which helps our IT team work faster and with more confidence each day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting and analytics are OK. I wish it had better AI integration. Also the ticketing is OK. We went forward with a different ticketing solution. Price creeps are not significant but could be more competitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is solving several important business problems for our IT department. It provides a centralized platform to manage and support our fleet of laptops and other endpoints across multiple locations without needing to add additional staff. The platform helps us stay proactive by identifying issues early, automating routine maintenance, improving patch compliance, and reducing downtime for users. It also speeds up remote support, allowing technicians to resolve problems faster with less disruption. Additionally, the WinGet integration has helped us patch and deploy software updates more quickly and efficiently across systems. Overall, NinjaOne has improved efficiency, increased visibility, strengthened endpoint management, and helped our lean IT team scale support effectively.

Immediate Remediation and Feedback—NinjaOne Gets It Done Now
What do you like best about the product?
In the past 12 months, NinjaOne has been the best tool to remediate issues NOW. I routinely have to wait for Intune to to run its processes only to find out there may have been an issue. If I want it done now, with immediate feedback, NinjaOne is the answer for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know some better-form is coming, but having the ability to get reliable, LIVE notifications/indications of systems that have come "online" and ready to have scripts run against them would help tighten my workflow. This would allow me to do more JIT, behind-the-scenes work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Delays introduced by other remediation systems are almost non-existent with NinjaOne. Devices just need to be online. With a small IT Team, getting a task done as quickly as possible AND with confidence is priceless.

Smooth, Fast Remote Access That Keeps Downtime Minimal
What do you like best about the product?
The remote access functionality is smooth, fast, and reliable, allowing me to troubleshoot and support users without delays—no matter where they are. I love that I can remotely access devices, push updates, and solve issues quickly, which keeps downtime minimal and users happy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support can sometimes be a bit challenging to navigate, and on a few occasions I’ve found that looping in my account representative helped get issues resolved more efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne lets me securely and quickly remote into users’ devices from anywhere. I can diagnose and fix issues in real time, push updates, and guide users through what they need to do without interrupting their workflow.
