“NinjaOne RMM: Clean, Fast, and Focused”
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about NinjaOne is how fast, lightweight, and clean it is. Everything feels streamlined — from onboarding new devices to running scripts or pushing patches. There’s no clutter, and it’s clearly built with technicians in mind. Tasks that feel clunky in other RMMs are quick and smooth here. It just works.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about NinjaOne is that it can feel a bit limited for advanced use cases. If you’re looking for deep PSA features or highly custom automation chains, it’s not as flexible as some bigger platforms. Also, mobile support is basic, and reporting could be more detailed out of the box. It’s excellent for simplicity — but that comes with some trade-offs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne solves the problem of managing multiple devices and endpoints remotely without complexity. It lets you patch, monitor, remote in, and automate tasks — all from one place — with minimal setup.
The benefit is huge: less time spent fighting the tool, more time solving real issues. It’s fast to deploy, reduces downtime, and gives clear visibility into systems — perfect for small IT teams or MSPs who need to move quickly without being buried in menus.

New Rollout of NinjaRMM
What do you like best about the product?
The support team from Ninja has been excellent. Very fast response times, as well as thorough troubleshooting. They have been key in helping us through some problems with our rollout.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very minor problem, but one issue I have found is the limitation of only 5 files for an installation package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is an all in one solution for us. Previously, we had to utilize several different platforms to manage all of our devices (Landscape, InTune, AirWatch, SCCM). But we have been able to move everything under one system.
Overall very good, Windows patching is a big minus
What do you like best about the product?
- Real time reporting
- Ease of software deployment
- Unification of third party patching
- Integrations

What do you dislike about the product?
- Highly unreliable windows patching with limited agent configuration
- No ability to remove superceded Windows updates without hosting own WSUS server
- NinjaWPM.exe download via the agent is highly unreliable in our testing

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is primarily replacing SCCM- Notoriously bad agent check-ins and precaching of data meant that asset information wasn't great.
Blows away the competition
What do you like best about the product?
The discovery services works so much better than their competitors. I also really loved how intuitive the software is. I didnt feel like I had to relearn some foreign software language. Everything was easy and the crowdstrike integration was a huge time save for us. The support has also been great thus far. We have enjoyed turning down the other services we had to replace with Ninja. My helpdesk teams love using this product daily and have been vocal about it. The ease of patching and deploying new stuff is brilliant. Love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Havent figured out downsides yet. We seem to be able to get more admins onboard with this than not. Very helpful tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistent patching of workstations and servers. Our other tools werent delivering. The discovery agent in Ninja also seems to be way more dependable than their competitors. Finding so many more rogue devices and items that werent protected by other tools.
NinjaOne is the One
What do you like best about the product?
Having all of our RMM and helpdesk ticking in One tool. Very easy to use and implement into our environment, which contains 4 separate AD domains. Recently moved our EDR to CrowdStrike and are already seeing the benefits of that integration, as the sync between AD-Ninja-EDR is a main priority for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is both a like and disklike, but helpdesk features are constantly evolving. If there are shortcomings or bugs we fill out a feature request or contact support and they are quickly resolved. We have been growing with the tool and it has turned into our go-to daily board for all of our IT issues across 4 companies. Their support is very responsive and the only issues that aren't immediately resolved are feature requests, but it's amazing to see our ideas turn into features within 1-2 months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the link/sync between our EDR and Active Directly. A main priority for us is making sure all AD endpoints are secure and endpoint protection is installed and managed. We also wanted One tool for helpdesk ticketing/documentation and RMM and Ninja has solved it perfectly.

A Great RMM Experience with NinjaOne — Fast, Affordable, and Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
What We Love:
User Experience: The dashboard is clean, responsive, and intuitive. It’s easy to onboard new staff and manage endpoints quickly without a steep learning curve.
Speed & Stability: Agent deployment is lightning-fast, remote access is reliable, and the platform feels consistently solid — we’ve experienced very few issues with uptime or lag.
Automation: Tasks like patch management, script execution, and monitoring are easy to configure through policies. This has saved us a huge amount of time and reduced manual effort across the board.
Remote Tools: Integrated remote support via Splashtop or TeamViewer works seamlessly, honestly though the built in ninja remote seems to work well enopught without extra licensing
Pricing: Compared to other RMMs we've evaluated or used in the past, NinjaOne strikes a great balance between features and affordability. It scales well without surprise costs.

What Could Be Better:
PSA Integration: This is one area I feel could be more robust. To be fair, I haven’t fully explored all the options available yet — but it’s something I’d like to see improved or more clearly documented.
Microsoft 365 Backups: Although the product is great i feel the pricepoint is a little on the expensive side

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is helping us solve several key challenges in endpoint management and client support. Before adopting it, we were spending too much time juggling multiple tools for patching, remote access, monitoring, and scripting. NinjaOne brings all of that together in one clean, responsive platform, saving us time and reducing complexity.
The automation features allow us to proactively maintain systems without manual intervention, and the remote access tools let us support users quickly without relying on third-party apps. It has also improved our visibility since we can see issues as they happen and respond faster.
From a business standpoint, NinjaOne has made it easier to scale our managed services without increasing overhead. It is reliable, affordable, and easy for new technicians to learn, which means we can onboard staff and clients more efficiently.
