Clean, Intuitive UI with Snappy Performance and Powerful Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is clean and intuitive, the dark mode looks very nice. It is decently quick to navigate around so the performance feels snappy. There are lots of great integrations that it comes with as well as being able to integrate your own custom apps. The automation capabilities using the API is very nice and the custom fields opens many new avenues and ways of automating. Overall it is a solid product, and one of the better RMMs I've used
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some areas that can be slower to load, but overall the company continues to improve over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The normal problems that an RMM solves
Clean, Easy All-in-One Platform with Smooth Onboarding and Strong Support
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has a clean and intuitive interface that makes it easy to navigate and manage day-to-day tasks efficiently. It works well as an all-in-one platform, bringing together patch management, remote monitoring and remote access in one place, which helps reduce the need for multiple tools.
It was initially brought in as a patch management solution, and this is still one of its strongest areas. It’s reliable and gives clear visibility into vulnerabilities. The integration with tools like Rapid7 helps with CVE tracking and overall risk management, and the AI-driven features are a nice addition, helping to avoid deploying known bad patches and adding more confidence to the update process.
The RMM side of things has made a real difference to day-to-day operations. Real-time monitoring and alerts help catch issues early, and the reporting gives good visibility across endpoints. Remote access is quick and dependable, making it easy to support users without causing disruption. Remote application deployment has also been really useful for rolling out software and keeping everything up to date.
Another feature that stands out is the ability to set up different technician roles. It makes it easier to control access based on responsibilities, which helps with both security and keeping workflows organised.
Automation is a big plus as well. It helps cut down on repetitive tasks, keeps things consistent, and improves overall team efficiency.
Overall, NinjaOne feels like a well-rounded and reliable platform. It’s reasonably priced, performs well, and the onboarding process was smooth with plenty of support along the way. It’s made IT management more streamlined and easier to stay on top of.

What do you dislike about the product?
The overall experience has been largely positive. Any issues encountered have been quickly and effectively resolved with support from NinjaOne. However, more detailed insight into why patches fail would be a valuable improvement, as additional context would help with troubleshooting and reduce the need for further investigation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us handle remote management, ticketing, and patch management, including preventing bad updates. It also provides reporting tools that let us monitor our infrastructure environment. On top of that, it includes server monitoring tools and allows us to carry out out-of-hours operations without human intervention.
Easy Device Health Monitoring with a User-Friendly UI and Responsive Support
What do you like best about the product?
The upsides is we can easily monitor the health of clients' devices. The UI is easy to navigate, and support is helpful and responsive if we had any questions. The pricing is cheap, and what scripts and policies we have enforced perform well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no details on the invoice, only the price. There is also no billing portal to look it up ourselves, we have to reach out to support with questions about invoices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is proving to be helpful in showing us unhealthy devices and what's going on with the unhealthy devices in general (OS Patches, Software Patches, etc.).
Extremely Useful for Client-Level Fixes and Software Deployments
What do you like best about the product?
Integrating automations into workstation policies has been extremely useful for pushing out fixes and deploying software at the client level.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not currently a clear, at-a-glance delineation between workstations and laptops.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne provides easy access to remote access, background access, and basic vulnerability scanning. We also use it to manage Windows patching from a single source across many clients.
