Powerful, Clean UI with Flexible Policies and Excellent Support

  • April 22, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is a powerful platform with a clean UI that was an increase in functionality for our lean IT team while being more cost effective than our old tool.

Setting up cascading policies has simplified our deployment workflow, while still allowing the flexibility that we need to customize our deployment by specific user need.

We're especially excited that we can manage iPhones and Windows laptops within the same pane of glass - even opening up our small business to use Macbooks where appropriate.

NinjaOne uses obvious design language to let you change things without immediately applying, with a proper Save button that then immediately deploys.

The Pre-Sales, Customer Support, and Solution Engineering team have all been personable and incredibly helpful, with on demand sessions as often as we need to dial in our setup. We're looking forward to completing our deployment!
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve! It's always difficult under time pressure to rethink how you re-organize something. However, I don't think it's an issue with the product - that's because we're moving to a more powerful tool with its own paradigm.

I don't like that different device types have different licenses with specific limits and that NinjaOne changed their policy right as we signed on to have stricter limits between devices. I don't forsee this being a problem, but had that been communicated before signing I would've done a more accurate forecast. NinjaOne has honored our pre-sales communications in writing post-sales, which I greatly appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using two different tools to manage Windows and iOS devices that were both more expensive per device than NinjaOne is to manage both types.

We have to log in half as much and will have deeper troubleshooting support than with our old tools.

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne offers great integration options and robust features, like the Remote Tool set, which helps simplify the management of client nodes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d prefer the starting block of licenses to be around 25, rather than the current 50.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps streamline services such as backups, patching, and remote connections, making these tasks easier to manage.

Not a dislike exactly, but there is a learning curve with any new product and understanding how customizations can be done is a little bit of a process.

More comprehensive computer monitoring and security processes across my customer base.

Efficient Endpoint Management with Excellent Support

  • April 22, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I primarily like the support provided by the NinjaOne team, which stands out. The dashboard and interface are clean and help me easily identify items to address. The dashboard is efficient for reviewing organizations, health, patching, software vulnerabilities, and recent activities, all in one interface. Additionally, the initial setup of NinjaOne was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Increased visibility into vulnerabilities would be an improvement opportunity. A better overall view of all software detected on endpoints and the CVE's associated with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne solves issues with endpoint and server management, software inventory, and vulnerability management. The dashboard efficiently reviews health, patching, and activities in one interface, streamlining management tasks.

Clean, Concise RMM with Easy Automation and Responsive Support

  • April 22, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Compared to some of the other RMM products I've used it displays information in a clean, concise way. Additionally, it's automation is easy to understand and configure, and the support has been very responsive in the instances I've needed to contact them directly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Utilizing multiple tabs is inconsistent in performance. The quick-glace feature to quickly check an endpoint's hostname, logged in user, LAN/WAN address was removed. Occasionally there are issues with getting signed out despite still being active.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me get effective remote access to client computers to perform support operations.

    Information Technology and Services

Minimal training needed compared to more complex RMM tools
What do you dislike about the product?
Custom reports and workflows can feel restricted
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Great Value with Easy UI, Strong Antivirus Integration, and Helpful Support

  • April 22, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the antivirus integration, the vulnerability patching, and the support assistance. The product offers great value, and the user interface is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d really like to be able to see pricing for add-ons directly in Administration > Apps, without having to contact our vendor. Right now, the lack of visibility makes me hesitant to activate any apps, because I worry that some experimental features could later roll out as an additional subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep machines updated and performance up to date, which means fewer requests for help from end users. The automated feature of patching has helped with this the most.

Lightning-Fast, Easy-to-Use RMM with Great Pricing and Helpful AI

  • April 22, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Like how lightning quick it is to use the RMM tool, like how easy it is to use. Using features such as the ability to remote in from the back end when needing to clear up space on a hard drive is huge. Easy to use when adding another client, onboarding a new client or even integrating more machines to the same client. Pricing is great compared to others in the same market and the use of AI is a nice added feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is such a small thing but the UI of having two search bars sometimes gets in the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets us monitor machines with ease. The continuous checks for vulnerabilities makes management that much easier in knowing exactly what to look for.

I would say that the bots would need to be more accurate
