What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about BlackBerry Athoc is its ability to provide real time, secure and reliable communication during emergencies
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the complexity involved in the setup of the Athoc as well as the cost required for this software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BlackBerry Athoc is solving the problem of communicating during emergencies and providing information about the emergency. It has helped me during my time at BlackBerry where I wrote about this app

What do you like best about the product?
It works fast and alerts the entire installation quickly. The pop up is obvious to see and it alerts people about what is going on. It is easy to generate different alerts for different situations and we have had no issues with the system,
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can freeze or bug out on a computer. However, it is probably due to the DOD network being slow. Overall, there is not much to dislike about this system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows the installation to alert employees quickly on disasters or weather related alerts. Overall, it is a fast system great for command and control and getting important information out quickly.
