Grammarly is a Game Changer for Business Writing!
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business has helped me correct not only my own mistakes but also the mistakes from colleagues that we wouldn't have noticed in the first place if we haven't used Grammarly!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could turn off all suggestions for the same topic. For example, we are writing without an article for the term "Client," but Grammarly has suggested it for the entire document. If we can turn off similar suggestions, it will be handy and makes our review faster!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Common grammar mistakes like missing or incorrect punctuation. I also love that Grammarly can handle complex sentence restructuring so that the messages becomes clearer and more concise!
Great for business use
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is easy to incorporate an internal style guide into the Grammarly interface. It makes checking for compliant content super easy AND provides a great learning tool to help new writers and editors get up-to-speed on our internal styles. Plus, it is super easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
1. It crashes A LOT.
2. Some suggestions to restructure sentences completely change the meaning and often make zero sense.
3. Would love to be able to see Grammarly incorporate a dictionary like Merriam-Webster. It often flags terms it thinks are misspelled that actually are not. And likewise, does not flag erroneous spellings of terms that it does not recognize. As a copy editor, this would make my job a lot easier!

Our two biggest problems that Grammarly Business helps solves is making sure our copy is compliant in accordance with our internal style guide AND ensuring the copy is grammatical correct.
Great spelling checker
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent for spelling and checking on grammar. I use it daily for email checks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The passive-voice suggestions aren't great, and it could use more alternatives for suggestions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to keep me on track for spelling and provides an extra check. I like that it is active and ready to check on stuff for you. I use it on outlook and web.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly Business every single day! Whether I'm writing long-form content, emails, or even this review, it helps me ensure my tone is appropriate and identifies ways to improve my grammar. It's a game-changer as a marketing leader.

I wish it could "learn" common phrases that we use in our business that it tends to try to correct. Otherwise, I love the program and recommend it all the time!

It ensures my and my team's content is in perfect condition before we publish new content.

I like that the program ensures I write all my emails correctly and efficiently.

I find it all to be helpful. The only thing I would change is the language ability. I write in both English and Spanish so I would love for there to be capabilities of correcting in both languages.

It ensures that I sound professional and correct to all our clients.

I like that the editor is always present, from any project I'm working on, in any tool, and provides intelligent suggestions.

Sometimes I need to reload the page for it to work accurately.

Grammarly is a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about grammarly business is being able to integrate it with my documents, websites and more. I can trust that is will catch things that I can't on my own.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is one thing that is tough about Grammarly business. Sometimes the edits don't populate correctly and or don't remain when you aren't using the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not great with grammar, nor am I great with fine details. Grammarly business catching more than I can see myself making content I develop be reviewed internally very quickly, which costs my company less money overall.

Grammarly highlights things that can be easily missed when writing. Ex: missing commas, highlighting active voice, etc.
Amazing product for consistency and productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to set up a style guidebook for my team to use. It helps me to ensure that we are speaking with a consistent voice and feel in all of our communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much to dislike about Grammarly. If I have to choose something, it's probably the setup can be a bit much for users that may not be very technologically savy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use Grammarly for proofreading and to ensure a consistent voice and feel throughout all communications coming from my department. The grammatical proofreading has also helped to improve the quality of many staff communications.
Grammarly completely changed my workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly was so easy to throw into my browser and install locally. As a premium user, I can customize the ideal tones and language preferences for me and my team to deliver our messages in a consistent tone and language, to minimize the differences in the experience our customers see from one agent to another.
I particularly like that I can add words to the dictionary, since I work with a lot of technical jargon that otherwise would get flagged constantly. And yes, I did use Grammarly on this :)

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the suggestions can be wrong, but you can also mark it as wrong and the team uses that feedback to improve it.
Other times, particularly when working with formatted text (inline codeblocks and hyperlinks), it can have trouble managing that all correctly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me adjust my tone, communicating with customers in a friendlier and more consistent manner. I'm an engineer first, and additionally am Autistic, and while I mean well I can sometimes communicate a little too directly, and Grammarly helps me make sure my tone is friendly!
