When in a hurry, help is on the way!

What do you like best about the product?
What I have found most helpful with Grammarly business is that when I am in a hurry to get something out, I usually talk in my head and type what I want to say. Grammarly will catch those thoughts and construct the proper sentence. What I like best is that it has taught me to slow down, re-read and attempt to build an email in a way that is either direct or caring, depending on the message.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful is when it is not working, and I have to depend on myself to correct the grammar or punctuation. I often wonder why it is not automatic, and I have yet to figure that out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit for me personally is fewer mistakes through communication with my staff and sending a clear message for others to understand. Often leaders send messages without clarity and then have to answer more emails to clarify what should have been stated originally. One out of order sentence or word can change a message.

A helpful tool for emails, flyers, and grant applications

What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly every day. It ensures my emails, work documents, and other written content are well-structured and accurate. I have been using Grammarly for about five years and have found it to be quite valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of Grammarly occurs when checking a long document. Occasionally, there are suggested edits that I don't want to accept. If I click on the trash can to skip that suggestion, then move on to other corrections, it will return to all the edits I already skipped. It can take quite a bit of time to repeatedly return to the same modifications to ensure I've checked all the suggestions before completing the document. I wish there were a way to say to ignore that correction for that document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a grant writer, I often have to submit applications in online forms. With Grammarly, I can review the answers in the application instead of exporting the questions to a word-processing program and then pasting the responses into the online form.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is an essential tool for anyone interested in improving their writing. The integrations into desktop/browsers and mobile devices make it a seamless experience across the board.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I've had with Grammarly is I find the iOS keyboard to be a little clunky. I've found that I am making more typos than I would without it, and the space button sometimes fails to register leading to unitentional combined words.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring that my communication is clear and efficient. And with the new AI features it helps generate ideas and rough drafts on content in no time at all. The weekly emails tracking my word usage and abilities is fun

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use, you can monitor your team and provide feedback. You can set multiple rules to change the tone or words suggested. Multiple integrations with different programs make it easy to use. Good reporting and allows to provide feedback to the team.
Super powerful. This is a must-have if you have a team that interacts with Clients and does customer support We use it frequently on our teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes, more of a suggestion to add more AI-related features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring the tone is consistent amongst multiple people and professional communication with Clients. Also fixing quick typos and better grammar for interactions.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it helps you not only correct your grammar and grammatical errors but also suggests how to structure your sentences and gives other recommendations- it's a total life saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love everything about Grammarlty though the only negative thing I would say is that sometimes it just turns off for some reason or it does not work on certain websites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my day to day job I write tons of emails, messages and texts and Grammarly is a life saver, it helps me type fast without thinking of any grammatical errors that I've made, since it fixes them for me. I use the AI writing assistant and proofresding assistant daily in my work emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Reminding me about minor errors that I often make. I also like suggestions about how to reword/rewrite sentences or phrases. The weekly feedback is also helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A I like it! There isn't anything I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It catches little grammatical errors. What I like too is that you can set it up to reflect your company's style. For example, use a comma or not after "and". I use many of the wording suggestions, but not all. I like that you can "dismiss" what you don't want. The AI is useful for improving texts that I write and giving suggestions.

What do you like best about the product?
Makes emailing and worrying about mistakes a thing of the past. I can easily get my thoughts out and it easily and quickly suggests edits and makes correction suggestions to ensure my emails work for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really is not a ton to say on the dislike column. It's a great product truthfully!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any writing woes and grammar issues are things of the past. Helps make my voice stronger and more eloquent.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how it has taken my preferences for how I want to write and given me suggestions based on this. It has been crucial in helping me to be more direct and clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the edits that are suggested are mot always helpful and the widget acts strange sometimes -- it will automatically do something that I don't click and suggest things in the wrong tenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped in being more direct in my communication. I can't stress enough the importance of this. My writing is clearer, to the point and helps to alleviate confusion across multiple departments in how things are said.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it catches my punctuation mistakes the most. I am a good writer, but I often miss important punctuation marks in my haste to get things done. Grammarly makes sure that I always look professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it will sometimes make completely wrong suggestions. I understand that the program can only do so much and has no way of understanding all of my company jargon; however, occasionally, it is common phrasing that it suggests is wrong. Overall, it is more helpful than frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My writing is more concise, with clearer intention, and I can write without having to proofread as much as I go. It makes my boss happy and therefore makes me happy. :)

Communicating on Brand

What do you like best about the product?
The business account helps keep our communications on target and on brand in a consistent voice. I love the rewrite suggestions and the new Grammarly Go beta is a great incorporation of AI suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered any issues yet using Grammarly Business. They are continuing to improve the product and release new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep my writing professional, gives me an awareness of the tone of writing, and keeps the messaging on brand. It also saves time in doing the proofreading work for me!
