Very Delighted
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Grammarly is being able to write a research paper without worrying about spelling. Also, Grammarly has helped me with using better vocabulary since before I started using Grammarly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything in Grammarly is perfect and there should be no change. I would love to thank the people who made it, I just wish that active users would get special rewards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is helping me by proofreading my papers, checking grammar, plagiarism checker, and the Ai writing Assistant. Grammarly also helps me by making the writer sound the way I want it to and making it perfect.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Grammarly not only corrects spelling and grammar but it also checks for tone and voice, etc. The suggestions are very helpful and I feel that I am a better writer and communicator with the help of Grammarly Business. I like how Grammarly points out things about my writing that I have never thought about before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I don't like really. It's a very easy program to use. Occasionally I get logged out...but that's on me...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with spelling, grammar, tone, voice, etc, to make sure that I am using appropriate conversation at all times with professional colleagues.

What do you like best about the product?
It has been beneficial when I'm stuck or need to fix a grammatical error. It gives me better synonyms and is helping me write this right now! I find it so much more helpful than other writing sources because you can customize it to something you, as a writer, must work on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gives you a correction that you do not need to change. It will pop up repeatedly, even if you trash it. But that's the only thing I would say I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I write many writing assignments for school, and Grammarly gives me ideas and new words I never thought of before. It has helped me get higher grades and helped me become a better writer.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is incredibly helpful, especially for people whose first language is not English. It's fantastic for running a quick check before sending out an important email or document to ensure it's clean and grammatically correct. Plus, I love its cheerful and encouraging messages!
What do you dislike about the product?
For some reason, Grammarly doesn't like the passive voice and always suggests rewriting in a manner that I can't agree with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is a fantastic tool for improving my writing and extending my vocabulary. It's great to have an option to use AI features as well.
Grammarly takes the pressure off of my writing.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the insights that tell me how I am progressing. The repeat corrections and insight correlation help me better plan my written statements. I believe the integration is better then competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the integrated apps malfunction, and corrections are made to inappropriate text sections. The insights use numbers and statistics that combine text that I have written and text that others wrote that I am responding to in my emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I write more efficiently, and I am able to clearly articulate my points without any fluff.

What do you like best about the product?
The suggestions to improve sentences. I usually take too much time rewriting my sentences and do not feel confident about how clear or correct they are. Grammarly suggestions are helpful, save me a lot of time, and make me feel more confident. I also learn from the tips.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not a downside, but it may be an issue with the server. Sometimes I ask to introduce the corrections, and nothing happens. Sometimes it shows the problems to fix, but they disappear before I revise it. It happens more frequently in longer texts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a non-native English speaker that needs to prepare educational resources in English, so Grammarly helps me to review all my slides and documents. I would love to count more with the plagiarism detector tool, but this one needs improvement.
Though I have used you with satisfaction for for decades, I may cancel. bc you are no longer great
What do you like best about the product?
I give a rating of 7 due to my long-term appreciation for the service. Now your most significant difference is the almost universal application across most applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often find that improvements are not made as quickly as I would like. Frequently, I need to make two or three attempts to correct simple spelling or grammatical errors. I have started using CoPilot, which is embedded in Word, and it performs much better and faster with true AI. I am considering canceling my subscription upon renewal because of this

Correcting spelling and grammatical errors is helpful, but assistance in expressing myself in a business, professional, and casual manner is excellent.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is incredible at editing punctuation. I am going back to school for the first time in a long time and I need a refresher on my grammar and punctuation. I have more confidence when turning in papers or contributing to discussions for my online classes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that bothers me is when a suggestion pops up that I have already dismissed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly has helped me write some really inciteful papers. The suggestions helped to convey the message of my paper when I could not find the words myself. My progress has been immense and I have had more success as a result.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me make corrections without even thinking and has me writing more positively. I love that it suggests an alternative way of writing the sentence. I have not used any other program to compare it to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it will indicate something is incorrect, suggest something then, right after that another suggestion. Then I question the suggestion and revert to the original.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me be a better writer. As I write a lot of processes and procedures. I also use this when sending correspondence to the Board of Education, School Staff, and parents of the students that attend the school.

What do you like best about the product?
Mistakes are easy. Grammarly makes them easy to avoid. Not only that, it helps improve the approach to your messaging!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no thoughts here, but this field isn't allowing me to put nothing. But... nothing. It's great.

I like how Grammarly suggests synonyms for words that are either overused or if another word fits better in its place. It helps make my messages more direct.
