I love using Grammarly!
What do you like best about the product?
I can make sure my emails are professional and without grammatical errors. When you are sending a large amount of emails and looking at a screen all day, you can easily miss errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the widget gets in my way, and I have to close it in order to continue doing what I am doing effectively. This is minimal, in programs like Canva.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me and my co-workers to be confident in the content that we send out - knowing it was reviewed and proofed.
It's helped both my company and me get better as writers
What do you like best about the product?
It is immediate, it is intuitive, it is essentially a second set of eyes making sure that what I write is not only correct but also delivers the message in the kind of tone I want. It takes passive asks and makes them active requests, it brings clarity, conviction and cause to my writing. I use it multiple times per day and across multiple products, as it has integrated into my email, texts, local writing platforms and web-based writing platforms. It was very easy to implement, installing quickly and letting me get to work improving my writing. While I haven't needed customer support for much yet, the few interactions I have had were great, and the update emails show my progress and encourage me to keep getting better.

What do you dislike about the product?
It does take a little bit of getting used to and making sure it is reflecting your style, specific language quirks, and other notes, but other than that, very little to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in a field where write a lot, and so typos and other grammatical errors are more likely to occur given our volume, and those errors end up being public-facing. Grammarly helps reduce those, making our product look that much better to our readers.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business is very practical and extends to Gmail and Google Docs. It helps make my correspondence clear by providing suggestions on how the sentence structure can be improved, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it needs to be reloaded on Google Docs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spelling and grammar. When there is a time crunch and/or a long document that needs proofreading, it's great to know that Grammarly is there to check everything for you, quickly and efficiently.

Sometimes it overdoes it to be the perfect grammar, which most people don't use nowadays.
Fairly easy to use but it logs out a lot of the time. Would be interesting to have more organic AI Tools implementing some different bits. Integration is solid but could be better, as it's not easy to implement in some browsers.

What we love most about Grammarly is the option to set standards, and allowed us to have a "second pair of eyes" on all publications.

Really, nothing Geammarly has been amazing for our business.

It is ensuring that we have a clear and professional image when we are writing social media posts or website info.

Sitting in front of a computer all day for work can be very tiring. Spelling and sentence composition can become less of a priority towards the end of the day. With Grammarly, I can focus on the message and leave it up to Grammarly to make it sound professional.

It helps me not only speak clearer but also helps me and my team have a more accurate tonality for what we are trying to express.

Sometimes it can be finicky about some words that are within the sales industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensure our company best represents itself in our writing (both in marketing and sales).

What do you like best about the product?
Most helpfully, Grammarly offers a gut check in real-time. As my team writes, our brand voice is highlighted in a way that reminds us who we are writing for and we should be writing. It's active across our most used writing platforms, so it's in constant use. Activating it was as easy as flipping a virtual switch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Corrections can be misleading if they are followed too quickly or blindly. It's not 100% accurate, so it can actually be detrimental to a writer who isn't strong to begin with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helpful in maintaining a base level of writing and offering suggestions when we become too repetitive.

The add-on pop up gets in the way sometimes, however, it is very helpful when it's used

It's very "teachable" for our team - we have certain rules/style we follow and it's super easy to set those up for the team so we are all following the same rules.

Cost :( Would love to include our entire team of over 20, but it's cost prohibitive - so we only add a few key members
