What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Grammarly business is that it always tells me the tone of my email, and how to change it to make it sound more professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can say that I dislike about Grammarly business is that it always spellchecks English spellings and tries to make them American
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the tone of my emails, and also it makes my emails less wordy
Overall i love grammarly.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how well the AI works when rewording sentences and be able to change how they sound
What do you dislike about the product?
I have noticed that sometimes, when I highlight sentences that I type, the Grammarly go icon doesn't open up for the sentence itself so I have to push the generic Grammarly go icon and copy and paste my sentence into the box.
Also, we use the snippets as an organization, but sometimes we need to use the "\" and when we do the snippets window opens and sometimes doesn't go away. The only way to make it go away is to right-click and click inspect elements and delete the elements. I would like to see an X button to close out the window
Also in our writing preferences setting, I have the "Avoid personal pronouns in academic writing" enabled for all but when we use the word "I" or "me", it doesn't correct it. we do not like using 1st person notes and would like that fixed

We have a cetain way of writing to our clients as an MSP and we would like for all of our employees to stay on the writing style, and using this program it helps to keep that
Great tool for copy correction and writing
What do you like best about the product?
It gives excellent suggestions when copywriting and helps us boost our communications without grammar mistakes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should have more languages as we operate in many markets with many different languajes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have grammar mistakes in my CRM communications, and I can create more engaging content for our users, resulting in better conversion rates.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is a great tool and is especially handy when writing long policy documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gammerly used to provide a few free licenses for non-profits. Our team really benefitted from using the tool. Grammarly no longer provides that offer.

Incorrect grammar and phrasing of word

I feel confindent with teams across the globe representng our company when they have Grammarly attached to their written communication with leads.

I think it is very helpful, and I only wish everyone could use it.

I have teams from all over the states as well as international. This gives me confindence that we are representing the company well with our professional written communication.

What do you like best about the product?
It is straightforward to use, and customer support is always great. I use it daily, it has helped me so much especially when I send important emails.

I love everything, but I can say I hate the fact that corrects me every time, lol.

Omg, it has helped me improv all my grammar, and spelling.
I like a lot this communication tool as it helps me a lot while preparing my emails.

I think the most helpful aspect about Grammarly Business is the fact that I can produce efficient communication in my emails and letters and I feel confident and productive about it.

Grammarly Business is the tool that supports and helps everyone prepare efficient communications in written.
Great start to a great tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using Grammarly Business is greatly appreciated when managing a team of agents all using the tool. The integration into our own systems has made it easy to stay consistent between different methods of communication. Using Grammarly has become easier with each update they release, making it easier to use more often.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, changing settings and the location of the Grammarly icon can be problematic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being consistent in our branding tone. Correctly spelling and grammar issues. Preventing repetition in our messages to clients.
This is the easiest to use grammar and AI tool
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that it is always working for my email, Microsoft software, phone, and anywhere on screen to double-check my communication to be clear and smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want grammarly AI to understand my writing preferences better by perhaps allowing me to input my job and goals and communication style and who I am so it can give me better Ideas to improve the speed and flow of my communication.

This assists with clearer and fluffier communication.
Grammarly Business is easy to use and works well
What do you like best about the product?
I like it's simplicity. The user interface is very easy to navigate.

So far nothing. Everything I need Grammarly Business offers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It catches mistakes I would have not caught myself and it highlights portions that seem plagiarized when I forgot a citation.
