Grammary Business - Helpful for any and everyone.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use, and being able to customize what my Grammarly account looks for to fix. I use this product for everything. Email correspondence, helpdesk ticket responses. Documentation and slide or presentation preparation. super easy to sign into.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the number of options in the settings for looking for gender norms and things like that. Sometimes it suggests things that sound weird or in a way I would never speak.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me sound more intelligent and helps me use proper grammar. I work with teachers and not being a teacher myself can make me feel lesser than, but his product helps my confidence.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to implement the changes that Grammarly suggests.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a glitch, as to be expected with technology, that happens that will continually suggest changes that you pass on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me proofread my work emails, drafted documents, and anything work-related.
Easy and Intuitive to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I love the custom brand tone of voice features in Grammarly Business. It helps ensure our content writers stay consistent across projects. The simple account management allows me to add and remove users and tweak account settings with relative ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downfall is the browser extension putting the Grammarly widget overtop of text you are writing. You can't move it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With a diverse global sales and marketing team, ensuring our writers are developing content in North American English, with the correct tone of voice has been our biggest win with Grammarly for Business. Since implementing Grammarly Business on our team, the number of revisions has decreased from half a dozen or more to one or two revisions. This frees me up on content reviews and allows our writers to produce higher-quality content early on in the process, allowing them to be more productive.
Insightful & Motivating
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is an intuitive add-on service for any business. The live proofreading feature is not only helpful, also educational. I find myself not repeating errors in my writing that Grammarly has corrected for me. This service just makes sense!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I don't find useful and helpful with Grammarly. 10/10 recommend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business is helping me and my team become more concise and clear communicators. We are saving time and informing our stakeholders with more meaningful language.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything! The writing suggestions, snippets, analytics, and more. It's a great tool for every marketing department.
What do you dislike about the product?
The chrome extension is constantly getting in my way and it can't be dragged around easily.

Editing content, spell check, brainstorming through Grammarly AI
As a seasoned technical editor, I recommend it to everyone.
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly finds standard American English errors and omissions so it is useful for everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly does not include the 48 Global English Rules and I have addressed this with you before. These days every company has their own version of Global English instead of using the 48 rules in John Kohl's book that were once a part of Acrolinx software. Including some Global English rules would further improve this valuable software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When my writers use Grammarly, I don't have to worry about typos and other obvious English errors so I can focus on other things.
If my writers content is in Confluence, I don't have to worry about typos.
If my writers content is in DiTA, Grammarly doesn't work so I have to check for typos.

I like that it edits my sentences to reflect a more professional tone. It's also easy to use.

Some grammar options are personable when it shouldn't be.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly business has the ability to draft, edit, and write with ease under the pressure of limited resources. For a nonprofit in particular where funding is not earmarked for tech, the donated business level is a game changer for the people we serve and helps us amplify our impact. We can set Brand tone and define frequently-used terms, ease of use and integration, with multiple features, are factors that facilitate adoption.

The icon sometimes can hover over words you're trying to edit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being more efficient and effective, rewriting for a specific tone or clarity, and reducing errors are critical to daily communication.
