Grammarly a tool to enhance your writing grammatical y and technically correct
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly, in general, is known for its user-friendly interface. Users appreciate the simplicity of the tool, making it easy for individuals with varying levels of technical proficiency to use. Grammarly is typically easy to implement, with plugins available for popular web browsers and integrations with various writing platforms like Microsoft Word. The process of getting started with Grammarly Business should be straightforward for most users. The quality of customer support can vary among different users, but Grammarly has generally received positive feedback for its customer support. Users often appreciate responsive support teams that address their queries and issues in a timely manner. Grammarly is my daily grammar corrector.Grammarly Business typically offers additional features compared to the free version, such as team collaboration tools, style suggestions, and integration with various applications. The number of features can be a significant factor in the decision to use Grammarly Business, especially for businesses with specific writing and editing needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I trust grammarly with my essays, emails and I dont mind paying a cost is I will be top notch in writng.

It corrects my grammar and suggest on how my writing will be improved.

It means that we are as an organisation sure that all correspondence is punctually correct with do spelling mistakes.

Nothing really I see privacy as a concern with some people not knowing is the data is used to train AI.

What do you like best about the product?
Opting for the free version for a specific duration is a fantastic decision. The paid version offers even greater capabilities. I particularly utilize it for managing my email communications, and I can confidently attest that it has effectively doubled my writing speed.
The recent AI support has significantly streamlined my tasks, occasionally outperforming me when asked to rewrite a sentence from scratch. I highly recommend it.

What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, there isn't much I can complain about, but I think it'd be better to have the browser extension improved a bit. Because by the time it offers a recommendation, most of the time you're already done with what you're writing.

It's expediting the email procedures in my workplace.
Using Grammarly for Academic Setting
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Grammarly best when using the plugin to write e-mails, where it can catch spelling and grammatical errors. I also have it on my phone, but it doesn't work as well on mobile as it does on desktop computer. I do like the pragmatic tone, though I don't always accept the suggested changes. I do pay the yearly fee, which I think is reasonable given how many devices I use it on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like using Grammarly on my phone. I find it difficult to highlight errors (it only makes suggestions when I tap on the specific text). At times, I find the suggested changes grammatically awkward or not what I wanted to convey.

I mainly use Grammarly for writing e-mails or professional documents like academic essays and manuscripts.

What do you like best about the product?
Provides help and makes my grammar and sentences cohesive and professional. I also love the new AI function, which reworks my sentences directly as I'm typing or editing. Ease to download the desktop app and integrate the plug-in directly on a webpage or even Google Docs! I use it every day to correct my sentences and grammar.

Sometimes, the popups can be annoying and in the way when I am writing content.

Helps me rephrase emails and content to have a certain tone of voice. This is especially important as a marketer and content writer.
Great Tool for Professionals
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly allows you to customize the audience and tone goals that you're trying to achieve in your written communications. This is great for those who may struggle with tone in written communications. I've used grammarly for years and my writing has improved so much so that when I check it the results are of little to no changes. Everyone has different strengths and weaknesses and this tool is a great tool at a decent cost for employers to invest in for their staff that result in longterm changes for the employee. I highly recommended it.

Sometimes the suggested changes aren't necessary or the system seems to have a bug with some suggestions and even the punctuation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Issues with written communications tone coming off in a way I don't want it to. The awareness of tone is a great benefit of the platform.
Makes Writing Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly business makes writing business emails so incredibly easy. It is easy to implement and integrates seamlessly between apps - adding the chrome extension is easy. No need for spell check, as Grammarly not only corrects spelling but helps make your writing concise and even assists in setting or changing tone. You can also save words to your dictionary that are particular to your business. I have not needed to use customer support, which I believe speaks to the product's ease of use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all! This is such a helpful tool that I use hourly to make my life easier.

Grammarly helps not only with communication between peers but assists our CX team in communicating clearly with our customers.
