It integrates with different apps in your browser, like social media management or Google Drive.

It feels limited in functionality when most of these features are now available in LLMs for the same price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammar check and suggestions when drafting content for social media, documents, and overall marketing materials. It can be used in-browser, so no need to open a doc to run a grammar check.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the proofreading and the different tone selections, as being able to choose whether it helps me rewrite tones to be academic, professional, polite, or concise, really helps. With my comics and content, I'm often trying to hit people with different backgrounds, so my needs change. It also incorporates really well into other programs. The initial setup was super simple, taking maybe five to ten minutes at most, and it integrates seamlessly across the different apps, including browser extensions and desktop applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to share.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly to easily proofread and humanize my content using AI detection, making it more authentic. I like the tone selection feature to tailor my content for different audiences.

One downside is that Grammarly doesn’t always work consistently across all websites or applications. There are times when it doesn’t load or provide suggestions, which can interrupt my workflow.

I always use Grammarly when composing or replying to student inquiries or generating email follow-ups, as it helps ensure that my writing is more professional and readable. It really helps me avoid grammatical and punctuation errors. I like that it gives me different options for rewriting a paragraph and that it has a syntax check to ensure my grammar is proper. Setting it up was ridiculously easy, and I'm using a premium account at work.

Sometimes Grammarly will allow an incorrect word to be placed in a sentence, or the incorrect spelling of a particular word. It happens every now and again.

I use Grammarly to ensure my writing at work is professional and readable, avoiding grammatical and punctuation errors.

I use Grammarly for school, and it really helps with punctuation and grammar correction. I like the efficiency and accuracy of Grammarly. It ensures my coursework has correct punctuation, and overall, everything works well for me. I also find it easy to use, both on my computer and phone, where it assists with text messages and social media posts. The initial setup was very easy, which I appreciate.

Support. My institution will no longer purchase this due to the weak financial systems. There were constant emails concerning payment. Some of those emails were over 6 months old.

No business issues as the institution will not purchase again. My account is singular.
