What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly’s real-time grammar and spelling suggestions are the most helpful feature for me. It quickly catches mistakes and offers clear corrections as I write, which saves time and improves the overall quality of my content. I also appreciate the tone and clarity suggestions, since they help my writing sound more professional and easier to understand. The browser extension makes it convenient to use across emails, documents, and different websites without interrupting my daily workflow. I use it every day at work, and it’s very easy to implement if we want to use the browser extension.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Grammarly is that some of its suggestions can occasionally shift the intended meaning of a sentence, so I still need to review them carefully before I accept them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me spot and fix grammar, spelling, and punctuation mistakes in real time, which improves the overall quality and clarity of my writing.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly as a Google Chrome extension for spell checking and sometimes for tasks like paraphrasing. It makes spell checking easy and helps make my sentences professional. I like that I don't need to visit other websites; when writing an email, I get instant suggestions. As a non-native English speaker, writing correct sentences is a big challenge, and Grammarly solves that for me. I've been using the free plan for 5-6 years, and it's been a great experience. The setup is very easy; you just need to download the extension on your browser, log in with your email, and it's ready to use.

Just a suggestion, sometimes it ask frequent login or push message
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly for correct spell checks and to make my sentences professional, especially when writing emails, as I'm not a native English speaker. It helps me write correct sentences effortlessly and offers instant suggestions without needing to visit other websites.

I really appreciate Grammarly's ability to correct grammatical errors and spelling mistakes, especially when working on high-priority projects like LLM models and chain of thoughts generation. Even with just the base version, it effectively corrects my typing and punctuation, which helps me achieve higher quality work by erasing the scope of errors and providing proper framing. The initial setup was also very easy; just download and install.
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as I see, sometimes Grammarly does hallucinate. It could be improved if more proper refining could be done to it by imparting better English.

It helps and improves my writing instantly, and I can easily access it on different devices

one thing I realy dislike about Grammarly is that some of the most useful features are locked behind the premium version

For me though helps solve the problem of writing errors and unclear communication, especially when writing quickly for work, emails, or reports.

I use Grammarly to help edit my presentations and emails. It greatly assists my grammar, punctuation, and suggests more concise ways of wording a sentence. I like how fast and easy it is to use. The spell check is also great. The initial setup was very easy.

Some of the suggestions Grammarly makes for wording don't sound like they are in my own voice. I would like multiple options for suggested wording.

I like that Grammarly helps me a lot in writing emails by identifying what needs to be corrected before I send them. It changes the format and shows me what's correct, including the right words and language specifics, which makes sending emails more accurate. It helps me finalize the email by adjusting the texture and format, changing the email's view so I'm confident about my choice of words. Additionally, I find it easy to use as it integrates seamlessly as a plugin in Microsoft 365 apps, appearing right when needed while typing an email.

I don't use Grammarly much anymore because AI tools like Copilot help me more with changing the email structure and creating drafts.

I really appreciate the Snippet feature in Grammarly; it helps me quickly respond to hundreds of emails daily with a template library. I also find the availability across platforms like the browser extension, web version, and Slack version super convenient, as it saves a lot of time since I can stay within the respective applications. The AI rewrite option is a great time saver, allowing me to proofread and refine my responses without needing to switch between tabs. Additionally, I love the hotkeys Grammarly has, and while I'd welcome the ability to customize them more, they are already quite handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love the hot keys they have -- having more ways to configure them with combinations (customize in general) would be great. Not that I'm complaining, just would love it either way.

I use Grammarly for quick responses using Snippets, saving time by editing directly in apps, and the AI rewrite enhances my proofreading across different platforms.
