What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Grammarly is how it enhances the clarity and professionalism of my writing without interrupting my workflow. The real-time suggestions are especially helpful for refining tone, correcting grammar, and improving sentence structure. I also appreciate the tone detector and clarity scores, which help ensure that my writing is both accurate and appropriate for different audiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Grammarly is a valuable tool, one area I find limiting is that it occasionally flags intentional stylistic choices, especially in more creative or informal writing. Sometimes, the suggestions can be overly rigid or not fully understand the context. I also think the premium features are very helpful, but it would be great if a few more were available in the free version for broader access.

Grammarly helps solve the challenge of maintaining clear, error-free, and professional communication across high volumes of daily correspondence. In my role, I frequently draft emails, recruitment materials, reports, and strategic documents, often under tight deadlines. Grammarly catches grammatical errors, improves sentence structure, and helps ensure that my tone aligns with the intended audience. This saves time and increases my confidence in the quality and clarity of my writing, which is critical when representing the institution to prospective students and partners.

I can quickly check content if I don't like the way it sounds/reads.

Grammarly loves to add extra unnecessary words, particularly adjectives.

Grammarly Saves Precious Time
What do you like best about the product?
I love Grammarly. It's like having a built-in proofreader. It makes suggestions and corrects errors as I go. I love this and don't know how I did without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything so far. I would not change anything.

Spelling and grammar errors. I can type fast and fix my mistakes at the end.

The way it can help me improve my writing style and how I can adapt it, as a professional writer.

Don’t have anything to criticise. I like Grammarly.

Incosistencies in my writing style. Spelling, grammar and consistent punctuation.
Grammarly is the best tool for professionals
What do you like best about the product?
I spend so much of my time corresponding via email and love how Grammarly makes it so easy to spot mistakes and their suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes all the pop-up suggestions can be a little behind on catching up with what I have already fixed, which is a little annoying. Also, it sometimes makes a suggestion and I accept the change but it ends up not making the change correctly, so I have to go back and edit it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me ensure that my email correspondence is accurate. I send a lot of information, details, and instructions, and it is important that I am clear and concise, which Grammarly helps me achieve.

This program is an investment. For some, this can be costly.

I love the assistance Grammerly gives, I'm pretty good with words, but I appreciate the back up that Grammarly gives me and the feedback to learn.

Nothing is disappointing, I enjoy using it.

Its catching the little things that my mind skims over, like punctuation.

I like how it corrects your suggestions with actual feedback as well helping me to correct myself from making those mistakes again. Essentially teaching me what I did wrong rather than just correcting me.

I do wish there wasn’t as much glitches with corrections.
