DUH
What do you like best about the product?
It gives my emails a professional tone and allows me to seamlessly write my ideas in the age of texting without having to worry about grammar. It makes me confident and saves me a million Google searches from wondering when to add a comma, apostrophe, etc. I love that I don't have to log in for it to edit my emails and copy. Very seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
It always asks me to straighten my apostrophes and quotations. Why?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confidence in proper punctuation without worrying about sounding unprofessional.
Grammarly makes you a better writer
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has made me a far better writer over the years I have used the software. There were minor corrections for punctuation and the odd spelling mistake. Even the corrections it makes to the structure of my work are generally helpful; however, like any editor, sometimes it wants to make changes that do not make sense. If appropriately used, Grammarly's suggestions will make you a better writer. Eventually, it will come to the point that Grammarly makes fewer suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly sometimes makes writing suggestions that don't make sense. The writer needs to stay on their toes and watch for these suggestions, not blindly trust the software. Like any learning package, it will make mistakes from time to time. These mistakes can be annoying, just dismiss them and move on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly corrects my writing mistakes. Due to failing health, I have developed problems typing. My fingers sometimes miss the keys, causing mistakes. Grammarly corrects my punctuation when needed and sometimes when Not Needed.The greatest use of Grammarly is the suggestions for my writing style. I depend on Grammarly's AI to see the faults in my style and to suggest the necessary changes to improve my style.

Offers plenty of suggestions and fixes my grammar issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the suggestions are circular - once you accept a change, it offers to undo the change that it recommended.
Grammarly doesn't integrate with some of our internal tools. When I change focus to a different application, the suggestions window disappears, and I can't fix the problem in the other application. I have to resort to screen shooting Grammarly's suggestions, which is quite tedious.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the check my tone feature. It helps me understand how an email could come across to someone who doesn't know me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, there are requests for grammar changes that don't necessarily make sense. This isn't at the fault of Grammarly, though. It could be the industry I work in and those specific terms. I do add them to the dictionary, though!

It is making me more approachable and knowledgeable!

Grammarly provides many options to improve how I deliver a message and correct grammar and spelling. The ease of integration and use make Grammarly an easy choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Grammarly would allow me to finish or edit a sentence before providing corrections.

Grammarly helps me clarify my message by reducing the number of words I use.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has improved my writing immensely. It saves me time by not having to look up words or phrases to make sure I used them correctly. The punctuation recommendations allow me to type and not worry about where I should put commas, semicolons, etc. I also really appreciate the suggestions for rephrasing sentences. In fact, I just used it on this review. I feel like my communication has become a lot clearer and more professional. I would recommend giving Grammarly a try!
What do you dislike about the product?
When using Grammarly on my phone, specifically when writing texts, it can sometimes get in the way. Luckily, the widget can easily be moved to a different part of the screen.

It's improving communication and professionalism.
A Marketer’s Best Friend
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Grammarly works as much or as little as I want it to, across any/all of my applications. Whether helping catch little things in a quickly-written Slack message or Email, making recommendations for brevity within my Pitch Decks, or sharing alternative approaches for previously drafted copy to provide inspiration, it’s been an incredibly valuable tool I use throughout my day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there was an easier way to simply dismiss Grammarly suggestions for a singular use case like a single email, specific word doc, etc., or “snooze” suggestions for a designated period of time vs. having to dismiss each individual suggestion or disable it for an entire application temporarily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increased efficiency with proof reading, easily identifying inconsistencies or redundant messaging, making suggestions for brevity, etc. All are benefitting me in terms of the volume of work I am able to finalize in the same amount of time and with an increased level of confidence in how carefully it’s been reviewed.
A great writing assistant
What do you like best about the product?
I am a professional writer who uses Grammarly about 10 hours a day. Grammarly is very good at spotting mistakes like missing words or subject-verb agreement errors. It picks up on grammar and punctuation mistakes, which is helpful. I' I am very happy that Grammarly helps me avoid dumb errors that make me look bad. In terms of style suggestions, Grammarly is also helpful in suggesting that I get rid of passive voice. I generally like the suggestions, though I've joked that Grammarly and I need to get into couples therapy because sometimes it's like, "What don't you see my transcendent genius at work? How DARE you correct my style?"
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the automated suggestions get in the way of viewing words on the screen. It jumps up and distracts me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I tend to drop words from my writing without realizing it. Grammarly spots a lot of those, which is helpful. Grammarly improves the quality of the writing I turn into my clients. It helps me avoid cumbersome, roundabout phrasing and over-use of prepositional phrases, which are problems I sometimes have in my writing.

Nothing! I like everything about Grammarly. I was initially irritated by the suggestions for change, but once I learned how easy it was to dismiss them, I was good.

Correcting errors that occur when I'm moving too fast.
Grammarly is helpful for everything from writing a quick email to writing a professional letter.

I love that Grammarly integrates well with a variety of programs. It is easy to use and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t love the Grammarly texting interface for iPhone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am finding that I am excessively wordy when writing, and Grammarly helps cut out on that.
