Game Changing Product
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has improved my writing by making all the grammatical edits I've previously paid an editor to do for me. It makes suggestions as I write that I can accept or reject. It makes my wording shorter and more concise for business messages and works across all my communication platforms. Customer support, which I've only used once, was very good. I use Grammarly daily for business communications. I am also writing a book and use Grammarly for grammatical editing, but not for content adjustments. It allows me to maintain my voice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly sometimes conflicts with recommendations from built-in editors, like Outlook and Word. That makes it more time-consuming to complete my writing and decide which I prefer. Grammarly also makes progressive suggestions as I make updates. I like that feature, but it's also frustrating sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clearer, more professional business and personal communications.
Sanity Saving Tool - Helps with all things written!
What do you like best about the product?
I love Grammarly. Functioning at work without it would be much harder. I use it every workday.
I love that Grammarly reviews my writing and checks to ensure my message is clear, my spelling and punctuation are on point, checks that my tone is appropriate, and much more.
I tend to be overly wordy as I often explain technical system configurations to those who do not speak technology. I love that Grammarly has a feature that shortens my communications. I just discovered this within the last week or two, and it's been massively helpful.
The rewrite tool is fantastic. Grammarly reduces the time spent on email communications, making me more efficient at my job.
I was an English minor in college, and I've fallen into habit traps of speaking and writing like I am still in academia. Grammarly has helped me learn how to communicate in the business world efficiently, and if I am hitting a roadblock in my writing, Grammarly can help clarify my thoughts.
It's easy to use and easy to download. I love that I can control which applications Grammarly runs on, as I don't want it reviewing the chaos that is my OneNote.

What do you dislike about the product?
My main downside to Grammarly is that sometimes it gets a little glitchy. Sometimes when drafting an email response in Outlook, Grammarly does not show up, but it will if I start a brand new email. This inconsistency is annoying, but not enough to ruin my whole experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps to make my communications clear, efficient, and to the point, while also reviewing my tone to ensure I am not coming off as rude or dismissive. Grammarly helps me quickly write appropriate responses to emails.
Grammarly Review
What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to create professional writing. I have always struggled with how to word things and Grammarly allows me to make it professional while also keeping it my own piece of writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had issues with accessing the web browser for the past few months. It is always “unavailable.” Additionally, when I am writing in Word, and I select that I don’t want to make changes to certain words or phrases, they disappear for a second and then constantly ask me to update it, even though I don’t want to make the change. It is inconvenient because it is always distracting me from actual changes that need to be made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me solve how t ok he more of a professional writer.
Set It and "Forget It"
What do you like best about the product?
It's reliable and I can set the tone for what I'm doing and it adjust accordingly. It helps me clean up my notes and feel confident in the work I'm putting out. It's very easy to use and set and I use it every single day (but mainly I use it more on the days I work). I like that when a new feature if offered, I can turn it off, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes it's own liberties for what it thinks I should be saying, but that's only a minor gripe as I can choose not to accept those ideas and it's just offering suggestions it thinks would be helpful. Sometimes they are, sometimes they aren't. Overall that makes sense and isn't a bad thing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to feel secure in what I'm putting out when doing my clinical notes. This makes me feel reassured that if someone were to check my notes, they wouldn't have a problem with my grammar at least!
