  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The Integration with all the Saas based platform. Easy integration. On the feature ground i like the device management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with our SIEM "Wazuh" is notup to the mark. also, the most dislike part would be the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAML based integration. User synchronisation across all SaaS based platforms. The problem for remembering different passwords is gone now.

Centralized User Management Done Right

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy JumpCloud is to use through the UI and API. Personally, I appreciate the PowerShell module. I didn't need any training for the UI and didn't have to train other onboarded admins either. The API, while a bit more complex, makes troubleshooting and repetitive tasks easier and quicker. JumpCloud serves as my organization's only centralized IdP, with everything running through it, including Google, Microsoft, SAML, OIDC apps, and even our WiFi through RADIUS syncing with LDAP. I'm a huge advocate for JumpCloud and would give it a 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a dark mode for the UI. As much as I love the PowerShell Module, I feel as though the way it was architected is a bit clunky with needing to effectively do an SQL join in a syntax that was never designed for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud centralizes user management and compliance, combining MDM, SSO IdP, and a group source of truth all in one place.

Surreal Management with Ease and Intuition

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of the interface and how intuitive JumpCloud can be. The management is unbelievably good, and I'm impressed by the ease with which the application allows managing users even from the other side of the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that after the last update, the application is having some connectivity issues. Sometimes I need to restart the equipment I am standardizing for the policies to start downloading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud solves connection, management, and company policy application issues, assisting in end-user support.

Effective Identity Management with Room for UI Improvement

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find JumpCloud fairly easy to use. Over the years that we've been using it, I've seen a fair number of improvements that have made the platform even better. It's allowed us to do more and have more enterprise features, which has made JumpCloud itself easier to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the admin interface is really difficult to navigate and understand. Our devices get disconnected from the JumpCloud server, and our users are unable to log in, and then we're unable to recover their account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud allows us to configure company devices and manage identity easily. It's fairly easy to use, with improvements over the years enhancing the platform and letting us do more enterprise tasks.

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It includes a great feature set for the things that most affect modern IT, but in a streamlined, super-intuitive and reliable administration panel.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love the product, perhaps the Windows automated laptop enrollment could be as full-featured as the Mac someday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves 1) how to manage our fleet of enduser devices, 2) how to provide applications to these users, 3) how to ensure a high level of security for our organization, 4) how to easily and quickly empower our users, 5) how to manage shadow IT

Jumpcloud Made Organization-Wide Authentication Easy—No Onsite Infrastructure Needed

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud allowed us to bypass any onsite infrastructure for authentication across our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are completely handicapped to manage users if the portal is down. This has only happened once, but of course it is when an immediate termination was needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a solution to replace any onsite identity management. This, along with our RMM tool, are the pillars of our IT infrastructure. User provisioning/decommissioning/access management, device policy control, SAS SSO, Cloud Directory control are all extensively utilized within our org. A big bonus is the native device remote assist feature that has saved me numerous times when our standard remote assist platform failed to connect. Having a backup and very useable remote assist platform is amazing. We are also excited to utilize the Cloud RADIUS server when we move offices. Jumpcloud is 10/10 as a platform for a small IT team managing an expansive business.

Streamlined Multiplatform Endpoint Management

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use JumpCloud for managing our endpoints to ensure our policies are enforced and to have a cohesive single sign-on experience integrated with our identity provider. I appreciate JumpCloud's multi-platform solution that offers feature parity across Windows, OS X, and Linux at a reasonable price. I like the 'single pane of glass' across our endpoints, which makes it easy to deploy and manage enterprise applications and security solutions via the console. This helps ensure our endpoints are running the security agents and have the policies implemented to meet our strict compliance and contractual obligations. The initial setup was fairly straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Previously, we were not able to inventory and track non-managed assets. This feature has just been released and we are looking forward to evaluating the additional functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud helps manage endpoints, enforce policies, and offers a cohesive single sign-on experience. It solves our need for a multi-platform solution with feature parity, especially across Windows, macOS, and Linux, at a reasonable price.

Setup can be challenging at first, especially for new users who are still getting familiar with the interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

JumpCloud is simple, works, and feels great! I appreciate the ease of use and that it just works, which is not something I can say about the competition. The initial setup was very easy.

Unified directory and access control have simplified audits and secured single sign-on

  • February 11, 2026
  • Review from a verified AWS customer

What is our primary use case?

JumpCloud serves as my master Active Directory. I manage all user accounts and assets via JumpCloud, and we have access controls built into JumpCloud for managing cloud applications, using a single sign-on for many of our SaaS applications.

My main use case also includes using SSO with SCIM for integration, and we are using JumpCloud password management solution.

How has it helped my organization?

JumpCloud has positively impacted our organization by serving as our main Active Directory service, tying a lot of application access to JumpCloud, meaning users have to log in to JumpCloud to access those applications. If JumpCloud is down, many SaaS applications won't be accessible, and many users cannot log in.

What is most valuable?

In my experience, the best features JumpCloud offers are simple directory integration and good insights about our audit-related data for user login, which are available in the directory logs. We don't need to struggle to get those logs the way we do with Microsoft Active Directory, and we can use many filters in the dashboard to get those log details easily, along with a straightforward SSO setup that can be completed in just a few steps for many applications.

Whenever we are onboarding new SaaS applications or any new application our company is going to use, we simply set up the SSO. It's not a day-to-day setup, but when a new application comes, there is some work involved. The directory service logs are very useful for compliance audit purposes, and we use those on a monthly and weekly basis to fetch the reports, but not on a daily basis.

What needs improvement?

We started using JumpCloud Password Manager more than a year ago, and I feel some improvements are needed on this password management solution compared to other solutions, as we previously used LastPass. It feels JumpCloud needs improvement, especially since the browser extension does not always work properly and sometimes takes more time.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using JumpCloud for four years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

JumpCloud is very stable. I don't have any issues with JumpCloud's stability or scalability; it scales very quickly.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

JumpCloud scales very fast, and we have not seen downtime.

How are customer service and support?

Customer support from JumpCloud is very quick. Since adopting JumpCloud, I have noticed specific outcomes including very fast support; we get immediate support if something is not working properly, and it has minimal downtime. I have never faced significant downtime on JumpCloud, although I think I've faced a couple of instances, but they were resolved very quickly, so there is no problem with downtime.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I previously used Microsoft Active Directory for a while, but it does not act as a cloud directory. Microsoft Active Directory is a directory service, and it lacks other features such as SSO, JumpCloud Password Manager, and access controls.

What was our ROI?

JumpCloud saves us money in some features, such as the password manager, as we can keep everything in one place, which definitely saves money for our company.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing for JumpCloud has been positive; we got a good deal for the setup, and I feel it was a good value.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Before choosing JumpCloud, I evaluated Microsoft as an option.

What other advice do I have?

My advice for others looking into using JumpCloud is that if a person is looking for a directory solution that combines single sign-on identity and password management, this will be the best option. I would rate my overall experience with JumpCloud a 10.

Which deployment model are you using for this solution?

Public Cloud

If public cloud, private cloud, or hybrid cloud, which cloud provider do you use?
