Secure Cross‑Platform Management

  • February 28, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how JumpCloud provides a single, intuitive console to manage identities and devices across Windows, macOS, and Linux, making daily IT work much simpler.
I also appreciate its strong security features like MFA and Zero Trust‑aligned controls, which significantly enhance organizational security
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that reporting and analytics feel limited, often requiring external SIEM/BI tools for deeper insights.
Some MDM features lack granularity, causing issues like policies impacting all profiles or apps becoming “orphaned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud solves the problem of managing identities and devices across mixed OS environments from one unified console, removing the need for multiple disconnected tools.
This benefits me by improving security with MFA and centralized access controls while streamlining daily IT operations and reducing complexity.

Comprehensive Security with Intuitive Monitoring

  • February 27, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that JumpCloud has an intuitive dashboard that makes it easy to monitor my company's machines. The functionality offered is exactly what we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup was a little difficult given that we already had machines running local accounts and there's no way for Jumpcloud to either take over or remove those accounts. For non-local employees, there's a bit of hassle to get machines set up for the first time. It's not easy to find and view the output from command history. Insights/logs could be a bit more granular and include some more items (for example, it would be nice to see the output from historical connection probes and not just login events).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use JumpCloud to monitor for compliance and ensure security in case of device loss or theft

What I like best about JumpCloud is its ability to unify identity, access, and device management into a single, cloud‑native platform. Some integrations and advanced features also have a learning curve, which may require additional time, documentation, or support to fully optimize
