What do you like best about the product?
Web Applications integration is easy, user control & Management of the Company Policy.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the beginners User interface may be vast and setup experience was difficult in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At ease all the user of our company's can be controlled either it is mobile device or Identity.

JumpCloud simplifies managing user identities and access across systems with a central platform. It enhances security via SSO and MFA, streamlines app integration, boosts efficiency, and reduces admin tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I found that Jumpcloud allows our IT company to connect with every employee through a single web application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is fine with Jump Cloud and we are at the beginner level, to operate & manage all the things may take time. Also, it may be a bit expensive for startup companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Actually, the main benefit thing is that it has helped us to collaborate at a single location. Identity and access management are easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud has a lot of features and I like have manage all devices at single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
They can improve it's user interface. Other things are cool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First thing that we can manage device here. And it helps to managing devices at single platform. And honestly the support team is cool. Their support is highly appreciated.

JumpCloud helps centralize all applications into a single portal, making them easier to use with single password.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can’t log in to JumpCloud without authentication, which I don’t like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud is solving the access control issues of our applications, and it is beneficial for us to restrict all applications at once.

What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud facilitates user management by integrating with numerous systems and apps. The best thing about JumpCloud, in my opinion, is how easily it integrates with so many different programs and platforms, which makes managing users for our company really easy. Its security and adaptability are very amazing, and we can use the platform with confidence thanks to the great assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin panel navigation can be better, and support responses are sometimes not as good as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using it for various automations, such as Google distribution list updates. It also helps us manage asset inventory. User management and group policy are 2 major parts of any IT service-desk that can be easily fulfilled by JC.
