The product is good but the the customer Support is bad

The product is simple to use it is very good

The Customer support is very BAD there was a ticket that was resolved after 6 weeks

The conditional policies and the Jumpcloud go and Jumpcloud Password Manager are the best Because it automatically uses the Authenticator without entering the codes if there was a way we could transfer the codes from Google authenticator to Jumpcloud go it would have been very good

These features have enhanced security, reduced password-related issues, and saved our team significant time compared to previous workflows. Setup was smooth, with knowledgeable support addressing queries promptly.
What do you dislike about the product?
While JumpCloud is feature-rich, the pricing can feel steep for smaller organizations as we scale and add advanced features. However, these are minor drawbacks, and JumpCloud’s team seems proactive about addressing feedback and rolling out updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud addresses critical IT challenges through its Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), Security Compliance, Password Policy Enforcement, and Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities. Previously, our team struggled with managing disparate devices and user identities across Windows, macOS, and Linux using Microsoft Active Directory and manual processes, leading to inefficiencies and security gaps. JumpCloud’s UEM consolidates device management into a single platform, allowing us to enforce consistent policies, monitor compliance, and deploy updates effortlessly, saving hours of administrative work weekly. Its Security Compliance features, integrated with Microsoft Entra ID, ensure adherence to industry standards by automating audits and enforcing robust access controls, reducing our risk of breaches. Password Policy Enforcement has eliminated weak passwords and simplified user authentication with SSO and MFA. The IAM functionality streamlines user provisioning and deprovisioning, ensuring secure and timely access for employees while integrating seamlessly with Entra ID for synchronized identity management. These solutions have boosted our team’s productivity, strengthened our security posture, and enabled scalable IT management as our organization grows.

What do you like best about the product?
Works on all three os system With best user experiences. And always ahead in updates to make life easier in device managing along with user managing. East to deploy or implement in environment. And top notch support I show one support engineer. with apple support experience working in jumpcloud. Which shows which kind of support they give us. I integrate so many application with zero of configuration head ache. Fabulousness of MDM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Should work more on android device more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without reaching to user. I solve there problems in sitting my cabin. If it's a software deployment hardening policy or remote control. Pushing commands providing access wiping device in one click and so on.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about JumpCloud is that it brings simplicity in managing passwords and identities for my whole organization. The UI/UX is very neat and user-friendly, even a layman can also understand it. I really like how it streamlines access control using SSO and directory services, therefore, making onboarding and offboarding very painless. Also, it plays nicely with our other tools and that autofill feature—total lifesaver, works seamlessly across all browsers and devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin controls need more granularity when managing permissions across user groups. The pricing is a bit steep for small teams/individuals. A more generous free tier would be nice. Besides, sometimes, the browser extension is slow to load or asks for re-authentication too often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud has helped us solve a problem we had struggled with before – password sprawl, and insecure credential sharing. Instead of sending credentials over chat or storing in spreadsheets, everything is securely stored in encrypted vaults. Better security hygiene when using the platform is possible with strong password generation, 2FA management, and warnings when credentials are compromised.
