Jumpcloud is the best Identity Management provider I have used
What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud is incredibly easy to use and manage. It seamlessly hooks into the large majority of the software and services we use. It provides users with an easy login experience via SAML/SSO. I also love how well it can be used to manage devices/inventory. Customer support has always been great and quick to respond when I have any questions. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for an identity provider.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven't found anything I dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a central location to authorize logins, as well as manage devices. Having the ability to provide SAML authentication to the variety of applications we use is so integral for security and logging.

What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been using JumpCloud for several months now, and it’s proven to be a powerful, cloud-native alternative to traditional directory services like Active Directory. Whether you’re a growing startup or a globally distributed team, JumpCloud offers a flexible, centralized approach to identity, device, and access management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pro: Excellent SSO integration with a broad catalog

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we were juggling multiple tools to manage user accounts, device security, remote access, and SSO — often with poor integration between them. JumpCloud consolidated these needs into a single cloud-based platform, removing the overhead of managing on-prem directory services like Active Directory or multiple MDM/SSO providers.

Best Device Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using them since 2017. They keep growing and adding new features. There enrollment and user management is easy. Also great UI.

I wished they had just one tier support, depending on how much you pay/level you get a different support group and response times

What do you like best about the product?
To the best of my knowledge, JumpCloud is the only solution uniquely positioned to unify IAM with Device Management, supporting multiple protocols such as agent-based integration, LDAP, and RADIUS. Their comprehensive documentation allows easy integration possible with devices and application and in the rear occasion when we ran into issues the customer support was ready to go above and beyond. This centralizes user and device management for us, and we’ve since rebuilt our entire operations around JumpCloud using it every single day to fully leverage its capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
JumpCloud password manager continues to be it's weakest point even with it's unique decentralized syncing approach. It doesn't compare against some of the best solutions out there and the clients are a hit or miss.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud made it possible to have a unified solution supporting LDAP, RADIUS, Workstations and SSO all from a single place. It has replaced the multiple disjointed tooling and makes introducing new platforms in the organization easy as there are lot of ready to use templates available.
JumpCloud MDM - Managing the macOS and Windows devices & a good choice of remote management.
What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud is an all in one cloud directory that allows us to manage SSO, device management, user management & multiple services. Managing all the operating systems - Windows, macOS and Linux on a single Platform. It is easy to use, quick to implement and offers seamless integration with various services.
What do you dislike about the product?
MDM is good but lacks deep mobile controls especially for Android/iOS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before jumpcloud managing user accounts in different different platforms and services was time consuming. We can manage the all operating systems in single platform to saving the IT Time. Also jumpcloud provide his own remote control we didn't depend on other tools.

A holistic all in one IT governance stack
What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud has been amazing at streamlining our entire tech stack in the way we provide services to our internal users and customers.
The SSO coupled with the MFA and Identity Management provide a very robust framework that has successfully replaced our legacy open-source solutions. The MDM which was one of the key reasons which we adopted jumpcloud in the first place has simplified our device management process as well ensuring user devices are secure whilst being a lightweight solution.

Through mobile device management, we were able to enforce endpoint security posture throughout our organization.
The integration of policy management
What do you like best about the product?
The integration of policy management is highly streamlined, making it easy to apply policies efficiently.or the patch management feature is particularly well-received, offering a seamless process for updating the operating system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The application store feature is currently unavailable for applications example: Self service, Company portal, which limits user autonomy. Additionally, software management has certain limitations; if these are expanded, the process would become significantly more efficient and user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since everything is cloud-based, management becomes significantly easier and more centralized.JumpCloud simplifies identity and device management across Mac, Windows, and Linux devices. It enhances security with MFA and conditional access, centralizes user and device control, and supports seamless remote work. This reduces administrative overhead, improves user satisfaction, and strengthens our overall security posture.

Simplifies application login

I like jumpcloud because I only need a single password to access all my company's applications and a second factor of authentication(2FA).Jumpcloud has integrated all the applications used by my company
What do you dislike about the product?
Jumpcloud sometimes does not display the user login screen. It is necessary to refresh the web browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Use of a unique password with 2FA. And change of password in accordance with company policy.
