Efficient MDM with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I use JumpCloud for MDM for PCs, and I appreciate that it helps with patching and remotely supporting our devices. I also like JumpCloud's ability to create custom reports and policies, allowing us to remove and add columns from the reports. This customization lets us structure the reports to our business needs. Additionally, I found the initial setup to be pretty simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it if they supported more auto updates for applications. They also seem confused on what product their focus is on. When you login there are things about SSO that make it confusing.

Streamlined IT Management with Room for Growth
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that JumpCloud gives us total management over our entire IT infrastructure. It's a very powerful tool that removes the headache of having local servers. I appreciate the complete control it gives us over all users, people, and machines within our infrastructure. Additionally, the user and device management feature is absolutely the top one for me. The setup was incredibly easy with no problems at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
I constantly feel that I'm not using as much of the platform as I should be. So I'd really like there to be more onboarding of the different aspects of it to make it easier for small teams to be able to use it. We don't have a big IT team, so easier onboarding of all the different aspects of the platform.

Comprehensive Security with Intuitive Monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
I like that JumpCloud has an intuitive dashboard that makes it easy to monitor my company's machines. The functionality offered is exactly what we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup was a little difficult given that we already had machines running local accounts and there's no way for Jumpcloud to either take over or remove those accounts. For non-local employees, there's a bit of hassle to get machines set up for the first time. It's not easy to find and view the output from command history. Insights/logs could be a bit more granular and include some more items (for example, it would be nice to see the output from historical connection probes and not just login events).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use JumpCloud to monitor for compliance and ensure security in case of device loss or theft
