What do you like best about the product?
Privacy and support team, ease of use. The customer can review their users with little technical knowledge. The infrastructure is easy to understand and has free trails and good pricing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Traffic problems and there's is no phone support. Problems when network changes. Upper tiered packages can be made less expensive. Nothing much to improve there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it to easily manage my customers profile. It's features are helping me attract more customers. And I can surely see a increase in my production also.

What do you like best about the product?
365 Integration allows for macs in a hybrid environment to integrate with the PC users and keeps SSO working across all platforms.
easy pw management and app deployment
What do you dislike about the product?
This integration doesnt work when the user is created in a hybrid AD environment, only on a cloud only AD environment. which is fine because everyone is moving to the cloud
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been Using jumpcloud to manage Mac users with accounts managed in an active directory environment. Since implementing we no longer have to rely un the volatility of mobile accounts directory synced directly to the mac.

Reviewing JumpCloud

  • April 14, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy layout that lets me add and remove students for some of our work systems. I also love the easy way that the systems will update on their own and include students.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the only challenge I have is that sometimes adding a student to multiple machines can be hard if you're running more than 10. I feel that is one of the only challenges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently working and using these systems to help manage education systems for students. Allowing them to get on a Mac, get into coding, while still being able to help them remotely.

Excellent choice for multi-OS environment.

  • April 12, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Community support and interactions are excellent, and overall reliability of service. They have good pricing and is one of the few that have good support of LInux, MacOS, and Windows; on top of supporting LDAP, AD, and RADIUS.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as feature-rich as some other options, yet, especially vs a dedicated MacOS MDM. However, they have been adding features quickly and I expect there to be parity with offerings from companies like Kandjii, etc. Software management features could be expanded upon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Good documentation, community support, and quickly adding features. Having a technical issue that is being worked on currently, and am pleased with the overall turnaround and communication times. Any contact with them has been pleasant and rapidly responded to.

Enabled me to quickly set up Identity, ZeroTrust, and device/user management for a mix of (mostly) MacOS machines, Windows, and a few Linux servers. As a small company, the near turnkey, yet flexible options were incredible for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a mixed OS environment, Jumpcloud is very much worth the time to check into.
