Work made easy
What do you like best about the product?
How user friendly it is. I was able to fully understand it during the university courses

Onboarding one by one and making sure people remember their login

Being able to connect gmail with their account

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. It's very easy to learn and setup, I appreciate the diversity of the policies and the ability to use it with Windows/Mac and Mobile. Very good software.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much not to like. I would have liked some more customization of user signatures and the ability to push iOS updates through the software. Otherwise it's great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud has allowed me, a lone I.T. guy to remotely control company laptops. As everyone works from home, it is incredibly useful. Prior I had no control over the local users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need an easy to use way to manage devices remotely, this is the software!

What do you like best about the product?
With Jumpcloud user management become easy and time saving for me. It's very easy to use and get started, I would like to appreciate team Jumpcloud for developing this.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I had a very amazing experience with Jumpcloud but I think their single sign-on can get better and more smooth.

user management, id risk management , single-sign on.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Jumpcloud is easy to work with. The channel team is flexible and easy to negotiate with. Our customers are asking for the technology, so we are selling it to them!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Again, Patrick Wiley has been an outstanding representative of Jumpcloud. GuidePoint will likely continue to sell Jumpcloud to our customers because it's working very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have sold the JumpCloud Platform Plus Package & Patch Management to our customers, helping them to increase their performance and have less downtime due to cybersecurity issues.
Replace mountains of infrastructure
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. The system is simple enough that relatively experienced Systems Administrators can be up and running in a few hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still new, and there's room to grow! If JumpCloud does happen to go down, the impact on us could be catastrophic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer need to maintain multiple active directory domains, NPS servers, we can bring everything under one roof and it's simple to manage (and blueprint).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a shot on your own free time. They give away fairly well enhanced accounts to 10 devices or under and it's super easy to roll out a home lab.
MDM Solution for everyone
What do you like best about the product?
Was easy to install across the company. We used it on Mac, Windows, and Linux. For Mac we been able to do it using google business so was easy. With the rest was just a few clicks and we been able to check the progress in the dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had an issue with one of our devices, we are not sure what happened and we had to re-install windows. We contacted support, but we didn't wait for an answer due to the emergency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud solved one of our security issues and was part of the SOC we worked on. Now we are able to keep control of all our devices, erase disks and activate remote encryption.
Intuitive design saves time!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about using Jumpcloud is its intuitive design. When everything is easy to read and there is no ambiguity it is a breeze to work, which opens up more time for other tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only annoyance that I can say came from experience would be my lack of experience. Getting into work with Jumpcloud can be a speedbump since it does not offer the tutorials and documentation on the first login.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Jumpcloud for user enrollment and management at our company. Due to the nature of Mac devices, there is a requirement for an extra step and it is realized perfectly with Jumpcloud.

It is easy to use and the documentation is extensive for new users.
Jump cloud is the way to go.

Is easy to understand and use at the same time. From binding machines to implementing policy and generating reports just a few clicks away.

Love it. nothing to dislike or maybe except that if i didn't bring my phone to work then I am pretty stuck.

I am using it daily to bind machines. Is so much easier than joining a domain compared to last time.

require a learning curve, but this is still simpler than native it control systems.

Streamlined Identity Management for Remote Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use JumpCloud. It's very straightforward to set up policies, configure apps, and roll out different settings to all of the users. It lets you get as granular or as widespread as you want without much concern. It also enables us to not rely so heavily on Microsoft's lock-in products, such as Entra ID. The setup process was straightforward and worked well, with the migration tools facilitating a smooth transition.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the group management could use some help. A lot of times we're trying to create more granular policies for device groups, but they only allow you to exempt so many devices from dynamic groups, which leads us to having to maintain manual lists for certain policies we're trying to apply. Besides that, everything seems to go very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud simplifies managing both Mac and Windows devices, controlling access through SSO, supports remote work by moving us off on-premises servers with cloud radius and LDAP, and integrates smoothly to streamline management.
