Probably the best and simple Mobile device management platform for your organisation.
What do you like best about the product?
Jumcloud is a revolutionary mobile device management software that makes device onboarding and offboarding a breeze for organizations. This user-friendly software provides an easy and intuitive way to manage the mobile devices in your organization, making it easier than ever to stay organized. It offers smart features such as automated onboarding and offboarding, security features, and more - all while saving you time and energy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was unaware that when erasing an Apple device, it automatically removes the Apple ID and disables Find My Friends. If this is already in place, I apologize for my lack of knowledge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Jumpcloud does not have so many problems and issues as Microsoft services. Because with the Microsoft issues happened very often.

the reis no backup/restore option - to restore some last changes or lost commands.

Jumpcloud support helps with configurations and setup.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and has a lot of resources to learn from.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit time consuming to find both mac and windows agents so IMO that should be more ready to go.

The ability to be Platform independent and have an eco system designed about Device Management and Security across your organization
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to have the expertize within your team to be able to fully take advantage of Jumpcloud. It is not as common yet and needs to have its own certification (same as Cisco has on CCNA or Microsoft on MCP)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we are in a transition from Start up to Scale up it helps us stay platform independent. It helps us no matter which direction we decide to go with our Enterprise Architecture

Simplified interface and wide feature sets

Directory Service ,Ldap service and MDM.

Less control on Mac Devices and Users , so please improve

It's very much secure; currently, we are using Cloudflare.

No alert system if user has installed unauthorised package in local machine under organization

JumpCloud: Best AD tool in the market
What do you like best about the product?
It's pretty easy to set it up and get going; I loved how it integrates easily. We primarily use it as an SSO tool to authenticate our apps, and it works like a charm with little to no effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we haven’t found anything that can be disliked in JumpCloud we have been using > 8-9 months and it works like a charm.

We use it for SSO and active directory to help us ease the integration with the services without any hassle.
