Small (20-25 person) distributed business secured by JumpCloud
What do you like best about the product?
I like the integrated device and user assignment tools to allow us to control hardware and accounts from one place. It is feature rich and although pricing may look complex at first it is actually easy to understand once you have a grip of the concepts. It is definitely easier to undestand than the competition.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software deployment tools need to be smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a distributed business we operate a zero trust network, Jumpcloud helps us secure our hardware and access to resource as well as supporting us with remote support and importantly hardware recovery at the end of employment.

Easy integration, and account management will help when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Password reset issues for Macs. Radius unreliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud based so we no longer have to rely on prem failures.
Works fine except for directory password syncing always seems to be broken in one way or another
What do you like best about the product?
One pane of glass is really nice, nothing much else to say
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside is that our main use for jumpcloud is for directory sync, that works very well..when it works. This needs to be babysat every couple of months since sync would often just stop happening.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now none, we've wound it down almost entirely
Nice to manage devices all over your company

Integration with Okta. It's very easy to get it up and running

Nothing, the tool and its customer support is nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To manage remote devices in remote teams
Feature packed cloud directory service!
What do you like best about the product?
While most of our customers are moving their entire infrastructure to the cloud, managing their local assets have been a hurdle. The entirely cloud based directory services (along with many other important features) have been a game changer for us. The agent is easy to deploy and integrates easily with SSO platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
All these features come with a cost. And, justifying those costs to certain customers has been a challenge. On occassion, we've run into some JumpCloud agents that aren't operating correctly and erroroneously taking up massive system resources, causing stress in our customer's operations. This has been quite rare, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jumpcloud has recently revamped their MSP offering to pull out components that will make the service cheaper, at different tiers.
