Great tool for organization wide user security management
What do you like best about the product?
SSO configuration is intuituive, we were able to ensure 100% organization wide adoption in limited time. Console configuration & remote code policies are applied well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is tardy - the livechat is a hit and miss. Mostly provides non technical solutions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The solution has helped us bring security policies across the entire organization at optimum adoption levels.

"Device management and user management features in the MDM are very nice."

"Software patch management and OS update features are not up to the mark."

User management is very smooth. application installation and executing commands are very nice.
Seamless Device Management With Full Control
What do you like best about the product?
The way it's integrated with Windows, MAC, and Linux including all the running editions.
The best thing is you don't need to rely on the other vendors for Directories As you will get the Cloud Directory from Jumpcloud itself. Implementation of Jump Cloud is very easy also, you will find a decent user-friendly console.

What do you dislike about the product?
The limitations it is having with BYOD Devices. This is the only missing feature that puts Jump Cloud into a separate window from vendors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In an earlier stage, we were evaluating a single umbrella where we could get IAM, Cloud Directory services, MDM, and SSO. Compliance, and ITIL governance for our hybrid environment.
We face multiple challenges with different leader products available in the market as someone is having 3 things and for the remaining use case, we have to go for a separate OEM or console.
It is quite difficult for us to manage the multiple OEM consoles and suddenly someone suggested checking for Jump Cloud. Believe it or not, we evaluate the product for more than 2 months before concluding as before this we have many disappointments from other vendors. And finally, we found that Jump Cloud is offering us 95% of the features that meet our use case.

Great platform and user freindly for SSO, Hardening,MDM and lots of features.

User freindly and easy integration, features wise it is superp,implementation is out of box.

Till now i have not seen any Cons.And going forward it is enhancing their capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
The product team is very co-operative and any assistance required on existing product is dealt with utmost priority. It has unique offering and can integrate with existing Infra easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are areas of improvement like device management for apple devices. The dashboard is not very clear.

The business problem it is solving is as below:-
1. It is helping me to provision access for emails from managed device using MDM.
2. It is also helping me to provide access to internal applications by integrating with my ZTNA solution thus empowering users to access from mobile device.
3. It is acting as SSO for me which has solved me to remember different password for different applications.
