Amazing product that is way more flexible that you might think initially. Perfectly suited for SMBs

  • August 09, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility
Ability to remove active directory completely removing a huge surface of attack
MDM capabilities baked in
Super easy to use / get going
Trivially easy to implement alongside or instead of the identity tech stack
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess the nature of the platform is jack of all trades, master of none.
I wish some / all of the features were fully baked and become truly enterprise level
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to kill active directory and retain the ability on endpoints and radius server authentication. Jumpcloud allowed us to do both. the rest was a bonus initially

Awesome domain controller!

  • August 08, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud allowed me to move away from using Microsoft Server for my domain controller. I'm able to manage users across several of my clients machines. Adding and removing users is quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently have to create a local account in order to install jump cloud. Creating a local Microsoft account prior to installing jump cloud requires extra steps to remove my Microsoft account from the machine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud allowed me to abandon our physical server without needing to hire a Microsoft azure expert to manage my client's machines.
