Great product with new ideas

What do you like best about the product?
Once you understand the basics, the possibilities are endless
What do you dislike about the product?
Just needs more integration into other SSO systems
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Had a client with a server issue. We were able to pull their creeks credentials into jumpcloud and tribe the server and more have cloud access to administer their domain
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it. For the price you cannot go wrong

What do you like best about the product?
How easy to use it is! You should give it a chance.

Right now I just need to understand how to create scripts but it's my bad, not the software's fault.

I'm able to control all the windows in my company

What do you like best about the product?
Simple cloud based remote management of Windows, Mac and Linux devices with one tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI of the web application feels a bit old school. It's improving but it's not an amazing experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setup and delivery of devices to new starters. Ensuing devices are consistent for security posture. This includes the installation of software and connection to a single authentication system.

Feature rich DaaS

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity and the very clean and clutter-free user experience. It's very easy to get a grip on how things work and how you execute them. SSO implementation is very straightforward. MFA for Mac was a requirement and was why we chose JumpCloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite being a clutter-free UI, some windows can feel a little cluttered. The agent could use some work regarding the information about a push notification being sent to the user when they change the password. Now it's just blank and looks like nothing is happening when in reality, a push notification has been sent to the user, and the agent is waiting for approval. There is no information at all that the agent is waiting for an approval.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MFA on Macbooks when logging in, management of users password on the Macbook as well. We now can change the user's password if they have forgotten it (based on that the computer has unlocked FileVault and have internet access). We can now much more easily restrict access to SaaS if an account gets compromised or if a laptop gets stolen.

Very Friendly User Interface and Navigation of the Cloud

What do you like best about the product?
The navigation of the options on the site are very smooth and easy to understand. I appreciate the developers who took the time to make things simple for it's users and administrators alike. Compared to its competitors, JumpCloud is definitely top notch cloud directory services. My experience up to this point has been nothing short of amazing. JumpCloud is the future of directory services.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup process was indeed a little tricky, but I believe that was due to my lack of using the command prompt for installations. I eventually found a way to install jumpcloud directly from the site which was much easier to do in my opinion. No complaints outside of the initial installation process. Thankfully, we have a team who could walk us through everything in the beginning. My experience so far has been great with JumpCloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team has been using JumpCloud to create and update user and admin accounts. I love how easy it is to complete this process and keep tabs of all the important user information within our organization. JumpCloud has allowed performance to increase within the company, as this service has basically become our one-stop-shop for all of our directory needs. The benefit of being able to navigate through all of the users within our organization has been such a great help. I've never been able to update user information this quickly before. Compared to the traditional way of updating the company's directory, JumpCloud is definitely the future.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend having an administrator or someone on your security team walk you through the initial setup process of JumpCloud, especially if you're setting up more than one type of account (user/admin, etc). The method of setting up a user account is a little different from setting up an administrator account, which could be confusing if you've never used JumpCloud before.

Easy to Set Up, Easy to Manage.... Couldn't ask for anything more.

No "ADMIN" apple app available for quick user password resets and lockouts...

The ability to lock down computers when users leave has been crucial. Security Security Security...

What do you like best about the product?
Identity binding to windows and mac endpoint is excellent. Using a modern identity solution to manage credentials and access on the user device is the best experience out of any products I came across. Easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacking in device management capabilities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting endpoint user identity to a cloud identity provider without the need for on-premise infrastructure.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Jumpcloud is the best identity binding experience for endpoints.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about JumpCloud is its quality of services, and it is unmatchable. And also, they provide frictionless access from any device to any resource, anywhere. Especially to be noted, it is a secure platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
If JumpCloud improves its business model, none can surely stop them from becoming a leading enterprise software company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using JumpCloud, and their customer support service makes them outstanding from their competitor.
