JumpCloud has made logging into various services painfree.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it integrates with many services that we use. We use this product every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see updates to the Python SDK. The SDK cannot be used in a AWS Lambda function due to EC2 not supporting /dev/shm and the paralllel library.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This provides a SSO for many of the products that we use.

Ease of use, robust feature set.
We are moving away from on-prem AD to JumpCloud. The ever-growing feature set has made it a "no-brainer".

None so far. Everything has been going very smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we move to a more "WFH" environment, JumpCloud has allowed us to fully embarce a remote work lifestyle.

Easy to connect to devices when needed to update things that need to be updated in any matter

Jumpcloud can be buggy sometimes when you toggle between menu selections.

We had not any centeral system to control IAM and password policy. Wanted to have it online so that if wont depend on the network

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Device management is complex
2. Jumpcloud Agent Lacks remediation- e.g. if the agent is not contacting the console it doesn't remediate itself
3. Issue with Bitlocker key not found or it is unable to fully encrypt the device.
4. Patch is there but reporting is not at par
5. You need to know scripting to be able to write scripts to pull reports

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It supports multi-platform, Windows and MAC - MDM, JC has Radius Server with is a big Plus
Jump cloud is very good for Secure the all application in Single platform.
What do you like best about the product?
I am using the JumpCloud user and admin console i like the module of the Dashboard where you can singly track all the users also we can track the total user expired passwords so I like the dashboard of the admin console Jumpcloud.

Sometimes, the support response for users is slow, the pricing may be high for smaller organizations and customization options are limited.

JumpCloud helps to solve user management and security challenges by making it easier to access all your applications efficiently.
JumpCloud: A great tool to manage devices
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud is an excellent tool to manage multiple devices at at time. Such as andriod, mac os and windows operated devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I have been using JumpCloud, haven't found any cons yet.

JumpCloud helped authenticating mobile devices with MFA feature.
