What do you like best about the product?
All the Device Logs and security in a single console which also allows me for MDM and also SSO, Device Insights
What do you dislike about the product?
Exact Geo Loaction was unable to identify
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Feature like Locking, restarting, Shutdown and Erase option through the console also helps in securing the laptop at the time of theft or abscond employees. This allows us to keep the data safe.

Supporting multiple operating systems makes JumpCloud highly adaptable, which is great for businesses with diverse infrastructure or remote employees who work on different devices.its ease to use and nice customer support.its integration will happen in few steps.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud simplifies managing user identities across multiple platforms (Windows, macOS, Linux) and applications. Instead of juggling multiple tools for various operating systems or cloud services, JumpCloud provides a single platform, making administration more streamlined and reducing the time spent on account setup, deactivation, and password resets.

What do you like best about the product?
Most secured software for work profiles as having experienced in my college period and the only person holding the authenticator can log in the same.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since the authenticator is required only one device can be logged in the same for using one profile and it will be painful to ask for top everytime.

Security Process and No muliple user.
Manage devices effectively but need improvements in remote control
What do you like best about the product?
I love how JumpCloud allows control over all company devices easily. I also like that it brings all types of devices into one platform and gives me the ability to apply policies to all devices at the same time. I also appreciate the control over updating all devices at once and the smoothness of the setup process.

The remote control needs improvements.

I use JumpCloud to manage all the company's devices, as it brings all types of devices into one platform and enables the application of policies to all of them at once. It also controls the updates for all devices in one go.
JumpCloud is an excellent solution for Identity, Access and Device management.

JumpCloud can simplify the IT admins task. And the solution brings the possibility to improve the security

What do you like best about the product?
Support multiple operating system and can be use on different environment easily without issues. Good option to choose type of security for access like SSO and 2FA to add more security layers to account protection.

Not all system and and tools is suported for JumpCloud implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multi-domain support that allows one credential for two different domain, authentication auditing for troubleshooting, and password policy enforcement to standerdize password and authentication.
Pretty Comprehensive but need few improvements for windows

-ease of use, setup, and comprehensive policies

-Certain policy restrictions for windows are not working.

-We use it to manage access to the internet and control and monitor devices remotely.
Reliable SSO platform
What do you like best about the product?
The SSO integration for desktop/laptop *just works* which is no small feat, especially on MacBooks. I never have to fiddle with it or get bricked laptops, even with Secure Tokens and FileVault. Cloud LDAP also works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you're a M365/Windows company, you'll get less mileage out of it since you already have Entra ID which can do many of the same things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single Sign-on to Saas platforms and local machines, integrated in one platform. It works well for what it does, although it doesn't quite have all the features of some of its competitors like Okta.
