Using Axway B2Bi from past 12 years and surely found this product good for B2B Integration

UI is simple to use
Robust in its B2B Landscape implementation for multi node platform
API availability for different functionalities
Usually able to handle load if configured properly

AS2 communication overall features are not great
UI does not have any feature to download what you are looking for

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our Client business we are using this technology to connect to partners and suppliers to get and process transactions sent by them. Axway is our primary gateway to recevie transactions from outside of client world. 60% of our order volume come from this application - so surely very beneficial in terms of generating revenue for client.

The integration has been really smooth with 99.98 effectiveness

We use b2bi to validate customer transactions this tool has been really helpful

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly in terms of partner configurations, file search, connectivity, search response time, visibility
What do you dislike about the product?
Search thru a specific Sender ID & Reciever ID or a Routing ID is bit inconvinient; a more robust Partner ID search option will be helpful

The platform is reliable and scalable.

What do you dislike about the product?
The actual monitoring solution (Sentinel) is not good when we need to create our metrics and analyse trends. We must rely on 3rd party solutions to read B2Bi logs and generate the required dasboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We exchange a high volume of EDI files with partners, authorities, and internal entities. This is necessary to keep our business applications updated and to stay compliant with customs authorities.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to view connection activities and to troubleshoot. Great visualization.

Sometimes the wildcard dont work the way theyre supposed to.

Axway is great, robust, simple gateway tool
What do you like best about the product?
Axway dashboard is crystal clear and we will be able to see end-to-end flow very well. the ease of use is good. Trading partner configurations, reprocessing the files such things are easy to handle as a user.
What do you dislike about the product?
don't really think so. I wish i can save the selection criteria. every time when I log in, I have to give some search parameters.

We are able to use Axway just not for EDI X12 transmissions. We are also successfully using Axway for various non-12 data in our recent projects and the outcome is spelndid.

Axway is very user-friendly and easy to navigate through the different screens.
I had a great experience utilizing this tool. I was able to search and access the information needed and was able to do communication setups with minimal effort.

I am not sure what problems they are trying to solve.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is the most helpful. Integration is easy and intuitive. Very easy and versatile tool for gateway management and security. All of the guess work is removed when setting up AS2 and SFTP, which are the main connections we use. Navigating through the software and accessing features is straight forward. The performance is fast and reliable even during peak hours of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes, Axway to Axway creates difficulties. Tghe 1 to 1 relationship has caused issues where we needed to create separarate communities for on Large customer to allow each of their partners to connect with their own unique connection.

creating profiles between partners, internal and external. The interface is fast and efficient and reliable

B2B offers a wide range of protocol/OS support. Comes with file encoding/decoding, encryption/decryption, and transformations which helps enterprise business

More documentation would be helpful, and some public access to trial versions

Their service is most astonishing.
They understand the requirements clearly and execute them as requested.
Outstanding support team; every team member understands the business criticality and does the needful. Good communication skills, all the team members are well trained and have customer facing experience.

They charged for some of the work needed during the contract closures, which I didn't expect.

They take care of Seagate B2B gateway connection with partners, EDI or API map development, enhancement and support.
