I like Axway B2B Integration for the overview of flows and state, which is beneficial for managing file transfers. The reporting and file movement features stand out to me as they are fast and resilient. Additionally, the initial setup was fairly straightforward, which made it easier to get started.

Axway B2B Integration efficiently handles file transfers, offering a fast and resilient overview of flows and state along with valuable reporting on file movement.

It serves our business needs while providing the right level of flexibility to customize it.

Some technical changes take too long to be implemented.

Our partners demand us to support various data formats and communication protocols. Speed and reliability of the platform is very important for our customers.

The B2Bi Gateway is very robust. I trust that the work will be done reliably and with strong performance.

Native metric availability and forecasting (now partially provided in Sentinel) should be integrated directly into the product.

It’s the one gateway for working with all external parties and businesses.

Filtering options for message tracking are not great, focused 100% on pure message tracking, no business context related to the message

There are some limitations on how files can be routed depending on the use case without using the integration engine.

Pluggable transports are availabe on the community site, but even those provided by axway there are not maintained well.

Easy centralization of all b2b interactions

What do you like best about the product?

Modern and secure Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) gateway that is easy to use and able to keep up with high volume environments. It can integrate with all modern methods of connectivity such as AS2/SFTP/HTTPs plus be customized for whatever your needs. The Axway team are also very knowledgeable about their products and provide top level support.

What do you dislike about the product?

The biggest challenge is the cost and the software comes with a premium price. We recently saw large increases in cost with this past year's renewal.

Connecting our company to the thousands of manufacturers, suppliers and customers needed to conduct B2B transactions at scale.

What do you like best about the product?

The best part of Axway B2B Integration is its stability and flexibility. It handles large transaction volumes efficiently, support multiple protocols, and makes partner onboarding smoother. The visibility into data flows and error tracking is also very helpfull for mantaining operations.

What do you dislike about the product?

The platform works well overall, but the user interface and documentation could be improved to make it more intuitive and easier for new users to navigate and troubleshoot.

Axway addresses the challenge of complex partner connectivity and data exchange by unifying EDI, APIs, and other intergration methods into one solution.
