Once the tournament or compliance training is over, it can leave you feeling a bit exhausted. At times, the content also feels somewhat dated and not as polished as it could be.

Ease of setup and use. Extensive number of features, training content and ability to gamify training.

It can be difficult to enable granular and specific reporting based on user attributes and training status and to customize assignments.

Encourage developers to participate in continuous secure code training and focus on enhancing code quality. Strengthen the security culture by introducing gamified elements to the training, making the learning process more enjoyable and motivating to complete. Ultimately, improve security in the code, move security left in the SDLC and minimize downstream effort and risk from deploying insecure code to production.

Unprofessional customer success managers who peek in and completely disappear when they are actually asked to support.
The tournaments thing was sold as a "collaboration" between securecodewarrior and the client, however SCW totally vanishes once it's requested to actually collaborate in it.
There is no direct update on new features or guidance / recommendations on how to use them.
The challenges for tournaments remain the same and developers who participate in multiple tournaments will face the exact same ones over and over.
To me this is an oversell and underdeliver.
