Mindtickle is a powerful platform for the right type of user
What do you like best about the product?
Its user-friendly interface, versatile content creation options, gamification features, analytics capabilities, mobile accessibility, integration capabilities, and reliable customer support collectively contribute to a comprehensive and effective learning management solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning Curve: While Mindtickle is generally user-friendly, administrators who are new to the platform may require some time to become familiar with its features and functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mindtickle offers a centralized platform for training management, making it easier for us to scale our training programs. It allows us to create, distribute, and track training content across many learners, ensuring consistent delivery and evaluation of training materials.
A web-based training platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Mindtickle provides an efficient way to review and manage employee training materials. Its simple, intuitive interface allows for quick task assignment with clear due dates that are easy to keep track of. In addition, its modules allow users to engage in conversations about their work and access any related attachments they may need on one platform - making it comprehensive yet simple!
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, we are very happy with Mindtickle. However, some users have experienced longer than desired wait times after logging in, and the process of uploading participant videos could be improved to create a smoother user experience. Additionally, additional support from customer service may be needed occasionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using MindTickle, I am able to stay on top of the latest sales trends and effectively analyze data from multiple sources. This helps me save time when engaging customers or organizing projects because I know how they will be affected by these changes.
Resourceful application for employee training

Made employee training very easy for an organization.

It is not interactive, so not effective as compared to offline

MindTickle is great for learning
What do you like best about the product?
Having version control in the Asset Hub and being able to track learner progress are my two favorite attributes of MT.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, upload times can be very slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping the content consistent, clean and being able to track learning progress. Reduces the "paperwork" and tracks engagement.
Train the Employees with MindTickle
What do you like best about the product?
Creating the Content with Series, Modules, and Chapters
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, there are no dislikes but the preview option should be simple
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we were training the employees by providing the documents, google sheets and videos manually. And we were not able to track the efficiency or the progress. Now these problems are solved by using MindTickle.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and support provided by Mindtickle has been great. New users can quickly pick up and understand the tools and how to create content fluidly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside I think we experience is with the license base. Having limited adoption to the platform from other departments that are not familiar with the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mindtickle allows us to deploy content to a broad group of sales teams, enabling them to digest the content on their terms. It benefits us by allowing more time to work on the range the sales teams will need for future projects.

What do you like best about the product?
We chose Mindtickle as it provided a platform that covered learning and enablement, call recording, asset management and digital sales rooms. Having this all within one UI and easy to use for the sales reps was a key component in the tool selection process. The team we work with are extremely proactive, and have been fantastic with integrating this into Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the admin tools timeout out from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The key use cases are to easily roll out new enablement within the GTM function, using the interactive features to test competency. We then use the conversational intelligence to validate its use in the real world.
Intuitive learning
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Mindtickle provides a comprehensive, efficient way to learn and understand complex topics. The intuitive interface is easy to use and makes learning fun with attractive visuals. The app helps me track my progress, so I can easily go back to where I left off in the previous session. In addition, after each instructional video there are great tests to assess your understanding of the material - an innovative approach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found MindTickle's user interface and presentation viewing options to be very unsatisfactory. I would prefer to see more intuitive navigation between sections, as well as the option to have more control over how the presentation is displayed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mindtickle brings many benefits to me. Not only does it help me keep up with product details, but I also have access to informative articles for daily reading, as well as unique exercises to learn more about my mind.
The best Enablement Technology Platform I've ever used
What do you like best about the product?
I like the packaged deal you get with Mindtickle's offering - Enablement-friendly CMS, Call Recording, LMS, Digital Sales Rooms (DSRs) and more. The quick reaction time by the Support team is also fantastic and always appreciated!
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though the site is very reliable, there are some slow User Interfaces sometimes and bulk action functional limitations when attempting to upload a lot of content at once or performing a repetitive task over and over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a solo sales enablement provider for my company, offering the breadth and depth of enablement services I would like can be a struggle. I have to be careful to do everything I can in a scalable and effective way because I am a team of one.
Mindtickle gives me the scale and breadth to build many enablement offerings in a shared platform, including
1. Publish self-paced training courses
2. Publish "official" sales collateral (and efficiently govern, version control and keep it up to date)
3. Call recording service, which we use primarily for training purposes, but also to provide insight to business partners (CS, Product, others) with the ability to go back and review past interactions for clarity
Mindtickle gives me the scale and breadth to build many enablement offerings in a shared platform, including

I particularly appreciate the user-friendly interface of enable.us, which ensures effortless navigation even for individuals using it for the first time. The well-structured and organized layout greatly facilitates the process of finding relevant content, a crucial aspect for our clients.

While there are few things to dislike about enable.us, one area that could benefit from improvement is the sharing options for individual content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enable.us is currently addressing several challenges for us, including streamlining communication and interaction with our clients, reducing our heavy reliance on email as a somewhat tedious and outdated sales method. Furthermore, enable.us plays a crucial role in ensuring that our brand remains at the forefront of our clients' minds at all times, enabling us to achieve this important objective.
