Knowledge discovery and assessment with Mindtickle
What do you like best about the product?
Mindtickle is the perfect combination of technology and know-how. Its cutting-edge hardware and software make it a unique training platform for both sales reps and their managers. Its mission modules allow reps to quickly hone their skills while receiving instant feedback from peers or management on their progress in learning new material. What's more, Mindtickle makes it possible to share best practice with consistency across teams, so that knowledge can be applied throughout the organisation as soon as it's learned - making any business more agile than ever before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the Mindtickle platform to be great for the most part, but there were a few areas where I struggled. In particular, I struggled to work out how to proceed when courses didn't have to be taken in order, and found it awkward that timeouts required so much time away from the screen. I also had to catch up if I accidentally skipped a week.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm benefiting from Mind Tickle by gaining the skills I need to excel in my job. The workouts are designed for maximum retention, provide real-time feedback and allow me to revisit previously completed tasks so that I can review them at any time.
LEARN AND GROW WITH MINDTICKLE TRAINING TOOL
What do you like best about the product?
The best about Mindtickle platform is it is a highly user-friendly Learning Management System. The animated learning journey highly motivates me to complete the learning task. The content directory allows me to download the required brochures and learning videos at the required time. The assessments are objective and a proper knowledge check for our learning. The leaderboard of the learning process and reviews motivate us to move further by learning a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used Mindtickle for almost three years, and I never face any significant issues in Mindtickle. It acts as a proper Learning tool for me. Mindtickle lags at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All sales training starts from onboarding, product training, process training, USP of the product, and sales pitch training happened in my company through Mindtckle only. Sales assessments, demo calls, and certification are also done through Mindtickle only.
An excellent training tool
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the many features that Mindtickle offers. The progress tracking and badges are a great way to motivate myself, and it's fun to compare scores with other students! I also love that courses that I have completed recently are highlighted on the home page and marked as "complete" so accurately. Having folders set up along with search capability makes organizing information much easier, while also giving me an estimate of how long each module will take, which helps me plan my time efficiently. Finally, having reminders for upcoming or overdue tasks through the due/overdue tab is another helpful feature to stay on track schedule-wise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't appreciate the time commitment required to develop MindTickle training content, as it is more than hosting a webinar or conducting a one-time training session. However, in my opinion, taking this extra step will produce lasting results and help create an environment of innovation and creative thinking among executives who may be inclined to stick with traditional methods.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using MindTickle, I have been able to confidently absorb and retain the knowledge I need to do my job. The comprehensive nature of their program ensures that I stay up to date with changes in company policies and procedures, as well as providing access to new training modules, all through a single platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I love MindTickle's in-depth training resources. They're designed to make learning fun and effective. And with the strong analytics and tracking tools, we can keep tabs on our team's progress and encourage ongoing growth.

A potential area of improvement for MindTickle is the responsiveness of its customer support. While they are knowledgeable and helpful, quicker turnaround times would enhance the overall experience.

Easy-to-use and engaging learning platform
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate MindTickle Trivia's ability to facilitate and stimulate learning. The content is well-structured, which makes it easy for me to quickly understand what I'm studying, and the acquired knowledge can be put into practice without delay. Through this platform, I have not only been able to start a new job proficiently, but I have also been able to stay abreast of the changes in my industry as our team continues to develop its skills through a better understanding of the developments taking place around us on a daily basis. From now on, our group will have an advantage that we would otherwise have missed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of when it comes to using MindTickle is its addictive nature. In addition, I would appreciate the ability to speed up playback for all parts of a video, rather than just isolated segments, as my listening and comprehension rate is often at odds with the pace at which videos play, which becomes inefficient when time is of the essence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mindtickle is helping me gain a much deeper understanding of the inner workings of my company by allowing us to schedule and attend sales meetings and monitor our progress.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the range of learning options Mind Tickle provides. Its detailed explanations and engaging gameplay make it an ideal platform for a variety of training programs, which has been extremely beneficial to my sales career. Features such as seamless transitions between modules, commenting systems, and messaging capabilities have helped me gain a deeper understanding of the topics being taught. In addition, I like how this platform levels the educational opportunities across all areas of our company - ensuring that everyone receives adequate support regardless of where they come from.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a few concerns with Mindtickle. When there are accompanying videos for the training courses, I sometimes have to watch them all at once without being able to pause or take breaks. Also, when I resume my progress after a break in the course, it can be quite difficult as exactly my progress is not always very clear and easily accessible.

With Mindtickle, I benefit from a deeper understanding of the material and our team's improved ability to set meaningful goals. Having a customizable platform helps me stay motivated as we build upon this tool for even greater success in the times ahead!
Easy and rich learning experiences.
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the ease of use of Mindtickle. Its clear interface and straightforward search function make it a great choice for training purposes. In addition, its built-in reminder system means that I am always kept up to date with my progress on any assigned or unfinished tasks; this allows me to easily pick up my progress when I need to, without wasting time trying to re-focus! The percentage display is also very handy for assessing progress - overall, these features make Mindtickle one of the best options currently available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that Mindtickle doesn't have a full training and education module by default. This could be improved so that users are able to pick up exactly where they left off when they resume their work by having it automatically saved for them.

Mindtikcle makes it easy for me to learn about and implement company-wide improvements that directly benefit me.
Useful platform for call recording, training, material sharing
What do you like best about the product?
The call recording feature is incredibly helpful for keeping track of meeting notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few different subdomains that you have to access if you're an admin. They are working on making this process more seamless. They are responsive to feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us review calls and train the team better. It's helpful for any customer-facing org, not just sales.
The best platform for personal development and learning
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Mindtickle's intuitive user interface that offers a number of customization options. It allows me to personalize my learning experience with features such as course themes, the ability to easily take notes, and different sync modes that can be used depending on the connection type available for an offline learner or remote employee. Alerts keep me informed of upcoming deadlines so I never miss important information regarding module completion dates, project status updates, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Mindtickle often encourages users to simply scan content without actually reading it, which can hinder their understanding of the material. In addition, there are occasional issues with course names not being entered correctly, leading people to believe that a course doesn't exist or that they are not enrolled in one, when this may not be true.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm benefiting from Mindtickle's data visualization, which allows for more efficient organization of counseling sessions, checklists, and study materials. This technology allows me to have a better grasp on the information I need to be successful in my efforts.
