Smooth, speedy, and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
I use proxies occasionally but tried a lot of companies . Here I find IPRoyal the best among them. It doesn’t have any blockage or interruption issues. Very smooth and speedy service. It helps a lot to gather data in the automation process.Here the best part is IPRoyal doesn't require any personal information on signup. Also the signup process is not lengthy like others.Without sharing any documents it allows us to test it, while others require to go through a KYC process.
What do you dislike about the product?
They try their best to keep it up-to-date and efficient as well. No disadvantage is found.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We order a bulk amount for the upcoming Christmas and it works best on large scale scraping. This bulk amount is effective for an extended period. I will also like to extend my orders automatically to keep the same proxies. The reason behind this same proxy is to maintain the consistency of work and efforts. It makes my job more smooth and easy. Besides these, IPRoyal is a great option for other purposes, like - application testing, e-commerce etc. It works like magic in one of my application testing projects. I'm glad to use it.
Worst SaaS experience of my life
What do you like best about the product?
Their sales page is very well done. The promise seemed to be a good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything, I used the mobile proxy, so already the self serve operation is wrong. I paid and a support employee has to manually connect your proxy... It took me 1 day.
Then I'm surprised to see that their mobile proxies are so slow they're unusable (it's not 4G, they say it's 3G but I'm not even sure I believe them). I couldn't even do a speed test because I had no connection.
I contacted their support but they wouldn't give me a refund, even though their refund policy says: "We offer a 24-hour window in which you can request a replacement or a refund. This offer is only valid if the proxies aren't working as expected or you're experiencing issues you can't solve with the help of our support team." but it's totally false.
In short, I've just wasted $130 and a lot of time.

Fast proxy connection and IP rotation
What do you like best about the product?
You can use Iproyal's proxies to grab a limited stock of online goods like tickets or gaming consoles, but the latter can often fail. However, I've used Iproyal's proxies to grab around 20 gadgets on a sale with a simple bot to send requests from different IPs, but I had to modify user agents each time. Most important are the speeds and no IP leak, so the provider did the job well.
What do you dislike about the product?
They should have more browser extensions because there are only Chrome and Firefox that almost nobody uses when online privacy is important.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They work good as residential IP address source and avoid Captchas or blocks better than most cheap proxy service.
Fast and Affordable Mobile Proxy
What do you like best about the product?
We use only mobile proxies to optimize social media campaigns on several platforms, including TikTok, Whatsapp, and the usual Facebook and sometimes Discord. We require good IP addresses, and mobile IPs are much harder to detect but usually are very expensive. At IP royal, we got pretty good prices after ordering a larger batch for upcoming Christmas campaigns like last year, and they are one of the best we used, considering speed and undetectability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their mobile proxies are available only in three countries, and we only use the ones in the UK and US. It would be great to have more locations so we can expand to other regions with this provider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IP royal's proxies are excellent at providing local IPs with city-level targeting when we require social media account management in specific locations. High undetectability saves us time redoing marketing campaigns from banned accounts.
Excellent for large-scale scraping
What do you like best about the product?
IPRoyal offers one of the most flexible payment methods for different proxy types. We use residential and mobile proxies to gather business intelligence worldwide for competition analysis and comparison, and sometimes datacenter proxies to scrape product reviews.
We got high success chance ratings compared to other proxies, especially the rotating residential that are priced among the lowest on the market. We usually scrape more at the end of the year and could negotiate for the residential traffic to be used exactly at the time we needed.

What do you dislike about the product?
IPRoyal does not offer any API services, like a SERP scraper API, that would really come in handy since they already have proxies for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to automate data-gathering tasks targeting multiple websites simultaneously and avoid IP blocks by rotating residential IPs. IPRoyal's datacenter proxies are good for unrestricted, public data scraping without spending a lot.
Works well for streaming and geo-blocks
What do you like best about the product?
I use proxies occasionally to bypass geo-blocks to US-only services as other IP-changing software often gets blocked from my experience. I'm not an advanced user, so I liked that IProyal is easy to set up and order, I clearly knew which one to choose by reading the proxy type descriptions. I use datacenter proxies to log in to personal streaming accounts because they are cheaper with better speeds, but residential proxies almost always bypass geo-blocks if the previous ones do not work.
What do you dislike about the product?
IProyal's proxies also sometimes get blocked while bypassing geographical restrictions. There are no streaming-enhancing features, like streaming-optimized servers, that change the DNS address to a specific country.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using their proxies, I can access geo-restricted content that also includes local US news sites that are switched off in Europe due to different data laws.
Best value out there
What do you like best about the product?
Mobile proxies with unlimited data are incredibly hard to find. IPRoyal has reasonable prices and discounts, making them a budget-friendly option for anyone who needs such a service.
What do you dislike about the product?
The location coverage could be better for mobile proxies - some EU locations maybe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to create and manage multiple social media accounts in different regions. With IPRoyal, we do it easily and efficiently without worrying about bans, or having to expand our team.
Great proxies, great prices, great support!
What do you like best about the product?
IProyal's proxies work as advertised. Everything stated on the site is true - there are no "catch-22" situations here. We can get IPs from any available location and switch between them as needed with a single click. Personally, I appreciate the unlimited bandwidth for DC and ISP proxies - they're great for all purposes and there's no need to worry about additional costs as a result of crossing any limits, which is a huge plus. The support is also fantastic, always responding in seconds and ready to help if something isn't working as expected. Shout out to Jay!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to complain about when it comes to IProyal. The only thing that comes to mind is more location options for DC and ISP proxies. The residential proxy network covers the entire globe, so it's a great backup option for us when we need an IP from a really exotic location, but it's not ideal in terms of budget when we're in situations that require lots of bandwidth, like streaming video content, downloading large files, etc.

Adequate and thorough research is a critical part of writing, regardless of topic and content type. IProyal's proxies provide us with unlimited access to all online content and accurate information we need in our day-to-day work. They offer great performance at great prices, so we never have to worry about any online resource being outside of our reach.
Great for DIY Scraping Projects
What do you like best about the product?
The excellent location coverage, great bulk discounts, and non-expiring residential traffic. We usually order more residential traffic at once so we can get an amazing deal without worrying if we’ll lose any unused data.
What do you dislike about the product?
While country, state, and city targeting is great, it’d also be great to see ASN and ZIP code targeting, even at a small price increase.

With IPRoyal residential proxies, we can track prices on multiple websites and conduct efficient market research while keeping our risk of bans and spending to a minimum.

What do you like best about the product?
Product flexibility and performance is important for getting the maximum result and IPRoyal does it seamlessly. This comes out with all the necessary information and support, so no need to use any other providers. Also it helps to gather data at large scale.
