The extension problem is an issue for me as it only works on Google Chrome, and not all types of extensions.

We’ve had a chance to use IPRoyal’s residential proxies for a while now, and we’re very much satisfied with our experience so far. What impressed us most is their excellent geo-targeting options at no extra charges, unlike other providers we used.

What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to IPRoyal’s residential proxies, we have more than enough locations to choose from. But it would be great if their mobile IPs were available in more locations just so we can have more options to work with.

The rotating residential proxies come with limited bandwidth, and this sometimes becomes expensive when we need them. Nevertheless, most of our use cases revolve around static residential proxies, which means it's not much of a problem for us.

We primarily use the proxies for software testing, especially when deploying applications and websites to users in different parts of the world. We use the residential proxies, which are fast and reliable. In fact, in the two months we have been using them, not once have they been detected.

IPRoyal’s mobile proxies have a lot to offer. I am an accomplished social media manager with over five years of experience, and my biggest problem was social media restrictions. The restrictions on the number of accounts tied to a single IP address sometimes limited the clients I could take in.

I would say the limited location support is the biggest flaw. Since we sometimes deal with clients outside IPRoyal’s supported countries, we need to look for alternatives. This further complicates things due to additional order management, budgeting, etc. If IPRoyal can add more locations for their mobile proxies, it would be a true social media managers' haven.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using these IPs, I can handle many social media accounts from one device, which saves me the cost of getting multiple devices. I have scaled up my business and even hired more social media managers. Although I'm very glad IPRoyal exists, I sincerely hope their offerings will keep expanding as they move forward.
