What do you like best about the product?
IPRoyal's residential proxy network stands out for its exceptional reliability and realistic IP rotation. As a market researcher, I rely heavily on geo-specific data collection, and their proxies consistently deliver accurate location targeting with minimal CAPTCHA interruptions. The dashboard is intuitive, offering real-time traffic usage stats and easy proxy list generation. Customer support is responsive (24/7 live chat) and their pay-as-you-go pricing model saves me costs compared to competitors' bulk packages. The sticky session feature is perfect for tasks requiring prolonged IP consistency.
What do you dislike about the product?
While generally stable, peak-hour speeds can occasionally dip in less common regions like Southeast Asia. The mobile proxy option lacks detailed carrier selection compared to some competitors. I'd also appreciate more granular filtering for city-level targeting in certain countries.

IPRoyal's data center agent is very user-friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The data center agents that connect from Hong Kong or mainland China to Hong Kong are very easy to use. Both the speed of connecting to their data centers and the network speed of the agents themselves are very good, and the latency is also very low. I have used most Hong Kong agents, but they cannot meet my requests even if they are used in Hong Kong, and the speed is generally not ideal. However, iPRoyal is very ideal. As for other regions, I have not believed in using and testing it yet
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of agents is not many, so I have to wait after renting around 100 agents. There are no other drawbacks

When I need a highly real-time proxy to crawl data, it is sufficient to handle it

It's easy to implement / install the extension and to use and customer support has been quick to respond. We use this daily but keep switching it on / off as needed while also changing locations as necessary.

Perhaps a bit on the pricey side, even for the work we do which is social media management. However, we're paying for it so the value is there.

Accessing social media accounts for clients in other countries can be problematic without a VPN.
IP royal has allowed us to circumvent these issues. Other VPNs don't include country IPs of our clients, so if you need an IP from a country not commonly supported it's worth trying them out.

I've been using IPRoyal for a while now, and the service has always been stable and reliable. The proxy performance is solid, and the dashboard is clean and easy to use. Their customer support team responds quickly and is always helpful when issues arise.

The only thing I’d like to see improved is the pricing — a bit more competitive rates would make IPRoyal unbeatable. Still, the value for what you get is solid.
