Simple VPN Service with Room for Speed Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that IPRoyal is simple and straightforward to set up, making it easy to use. The VPN function is something we use daily, and it seems to work okay for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we feel like the speed could be better. There might be our own underlying Internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use IPRoyal to access websites needing specific locations, allowing my team to appear in the same location even when working overseas.
Truly Helpful Support That Sticks With You Until It Works
What do you like best about the product?
The support team is actually helpful. I had a routing issue with my IEPL line, and the agent Pearl was very patient. They helped me swap the IP and gave me the right port list until everything worked. It's good to have support that doesn't just use canned responses
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always "plug-and-play." Sometimes the IP routing is tricky with certain private networks, and you might need to contact support to sync the credentials or change ports
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a stable residential IP for my API and development work. After the support team fixed the initial connection issue, my automated tasks have been running smoothly without being blocked

What do you like best about the product?
I like that IPRoyal provides a wide range of ISP locations, which really helps me as I need different location ISPs that are reliable. I haven't faced any issues related to availability like I did with previous providers, where I had to wait a long time for ISPs to be available. With IPRoyal, I don’t have that issue. They offer coverage in non-prime locations, which is exactly what I need. Additionally, it's not too costly, which is great for my budget. Initially, I was concerned about speed, but thankfully, there are no speed issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I noticed that some prime location ISPs have different price tags, which I didn't understand why that is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IPRoyal solves my issue of wide coverage with reliable non-prime location ISPs. With IPRoyal, I don't face availability issues and they offer affordable pricing for locations that aren't famous.

I think on busy hours, IPRoyal feels a bit slow. Also, when I have a question about IP, they tell me to kind of wait for a long period. I wish that could be a bit faster.

I really appreciate their support system, where they guide you to choose which proxies work best for you, making it easier for me to decide. I like their easy-to-buy system and the ability to test proxies. Additionally, their proxies being 'green' is a plus, and the setup is very easy; you just need to set up a profile in MoreLogin and paste your IPRoyal proxy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Expiry, if you can't pay them on time your proxy will expire and then you will have to buy a new one. Although they send you an email that your proxy is expiring on this date and you can renew it, if you fail it will expire.
