What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using IPRoyal for a few months and overall I’m satisfied. The setup process was simple, and their dashboard is easy to navigate even if you’re new to proxies. What I like most is the affordability compared to other providers, and the fact that I haven’t experienced major downtime. Customer support has been responsive and helpful whenever I had questions.

Sometimes the service is off or experiences downtime, which can disrupt workflow and make it unreliable for continuous use.

So far, I haven't found anything I dislike. Maybe they should add more IP addresses to their static residential ISPs. Otherwise, everything's fine.

I wish we could keep the same IP for more than 7 days (like 28 days), but other than that its a perfect service!

From the very beginning, I never needed to contact support. However, when I wanted to change my IP address, I reached out to Live Chat and my issue was resolved instantly. More recently, I needed to update my email, so I contacted Live Chat again, and they solved my problem right away. The support is truly excellent.

The only things that I wish was available was being able to create more specific requirements for my IP/proxy needs. But overall say they cover mostly everything in general compared to many other competitors.

The only downside I could point out is the limited IP quality options for the 0 fraud score. They're often out of stock, especially for US proxies. It would be great if they could improve availability in certain regions.
