A stable and reliable ISP proxy service with excellent support
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using IPRoyal ISP since March, 2025. Its proxy network is very stable and reliable, which makes it perfect for advertising verification and other professional use cases. What impresses me the most is their responsive customer support — they are online 24/7 and always ready to help solve any issue quickly and patiently. The whole experience feels professional and trustworthy.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have not encountered any serious issues. Occasionally, the dashboard could load a bit faster, but that’s a very minor point compared to the overall excellent service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IPRoyal helps me verify online ads and access region-specific content securely and reliably. Its ISP proxies provide stable connections that ensure accurate ad testing and data collection without interruptions. This saves me time and improves the accuracy of my verification work.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the effectiveness of IPRoyal in offering applications at cheaper prices and its ability to provide security while I browse. I find the service very easy to use and understand. Additionally, the price is comparatively cheap and results in a significant economic benefit.

Have more promotions, and make it possible to buy IP by country.

First, I can freely choose the region for residential static proxies, which is very helpful for me since I often need to use static city proxies from specific cities. IPROYAL perfectly meets this need.
Second, you can even request IPs with lower fraud scores. As we all know, sometimes we face difficulties in our work due to high fraud score IPs, and this option effectively solves that problem.
Third, the pricing is quite affordable. I’ve also used other proxy services, and by comparison, IPROYAL has won my favor with its competitive prices and stable performance.
Fourth, the customer support response is very fast — usually completed within a few minutes — which is another aspect I’m very satisfied with.

Most of the time, I use U.S. IPs. Although there are IPs available from various states, I hope there will be more city options within each state. This is just a suggestion.

Honestly, I haven’t found anything to complain about so far. Everything works as expected. Maybe in the future, it would be nice to see an even larger pool of residential IPs, but overall, I’m completely satisfied.
